11The overall service is good and clean and in the heart of the city. It is convenient to travel here. It can be a meeting point because there are fitness centers and restaurants and coffee shops and massage shops and beauty and health shops and are clean. ในตึกมี 7-11, ร้านราเม็งกลิ่นหอม. ร้านซูชิ, s&p, Starbucks และอื่นๆ ที่จอดรถพอเพียงครับ
The way to parking is really cramp. So if you are beginner level to drive really difficult to get a parking. Parking fee is 40 bath for an hour. You can get free 2 hours with stamp at shops like 7-eleven, Starbucks, S&P, Boots, Au bon pain and ect. If you over park just 1 min then should pay for extra an hour. Be careful.

Car park - you need a stamp
You have a few of franchises including a fitness but this building is so horribly constructed that it never feels good to visit except ground floor. Escalator is narrow for just one person to go through. Parking is the worst. So narrow that unless you are a good driver, you cant make it to the 3rd floor parking with a big SUV. For big bikes, although they have made a separate parking which occupied by small bikes. Great look after by the security guard.
