RSM Rajadamnern Singha Muay Thai Academy reviews
10I had a great workout training with coach Phat doing a personal training Muay Thai session. He took extra time for a warm up, stretch and post work out stretch. He definitely pushed me to land my hits directly and with as much power as I could really great motivation to keep going and corrected my stance and hand positions. Really great training I high recommend coach Phat!
Had a blast this morning. Going again tomorrow. These people are capable of turning you into a shredded monster.
Great training, and lovely friendly vibes. Very grateful I found this place.
I fell in love with thai box after the courses here. The teachers are professionals. It’s the best thai box training I’ve ever had. Always happy to come back to Thailand thanks to this place
Had a private class just now and the experience was rather bad. I showed up on time and all the trainers seemed surprised. I guess there’s no communication between the one taking care of bookings and the trainers. The trainer I got wasn’t professional at all, my posture was bad, and I know it. He didn’t even bother to instruct me on that. The whole attitude was just ‘whatever’. I think I had bad luck because other trainers seemed very passionate and willing to help! Two stars for the clean and nice environment.
Not exactly cheap. I felt it was more about pushing myself than evaluating and improving my skills. My coach spoke slurred English. To try it was ok. Later I had better experiences elsewhere for less money
I had a great time here. I was a super newbie but the instructor was very patient and understanding. Thank you for the great lesson.
My wife and I had a blast! We have never practiced Muay Thai and this was a great opportunity to learn. We enjoyed how the class was structured.
Inconsistent service. A couple of trainers are good, while the majority, especially the young ones, are very inexperienced and have no idea how to do pad work with students or correct any technique. More like a fitness class than muay thai
Inconvenient, expensive and unpleasant experience for entering open class training. Want you to charge 550, - for beginner and 850, - for advanced per session. 2 sessions a day doubled price. Online regestration needed but stated online site fb is wrong.
My biggest problem with this place is their management and “policies”. I came late to class one day (20 minutes so quite late) and was told I could not join. There was a sign on the door (see attached photo) that did explain this and I was annoyed but after hearing the explanation from the manager over the phone I accepted it. She told me that due to risk of injury I could not join late. I should mention this is not stated anyone in the waivers you sign or in the gym. Although it does state they are not responsible for injury which should have cleared us to come in late or not.
I waited an hour and half with my friend and we then joined the next class. During this class we saw two people come in 20 minutes late and were accepted into class. I was annoyed by this. I asked the desk staff who told me it was because they paid more in advanced class. I then spoke with the manager after to try and clarify. She told me that because they were in the advanced class they could come late. I tried to point out to her that this didn’t make sense as the reason they have this policy is for the risk of injury. She told me that advanced class members have less risk because they are advanced. But this is not true as ANYONE can join advanced (even me a beginner). There is no prerequisite.
Long story short, their policies are not clear and they were just playing favourites to certain members who could break the “rules”. The manager was not understanding and didn’t offer an apology.
