Great accomodations. Rooms are neat and well-presented. Staffs are well-trained and reliable. Relaxing ambiance in the pool and the price also is very affordable

Been there on April, very cozy and friendly staff! The pool table were a great fun activity for hangout with fellow travelers.

This is so amazing.clean and accomodating.will book again next time and will recommend this.

The place is badly in need of a renovation. Everything is outdated and all the furniture and the room is beaten up. Damage everywhere. At first glance the room looks clean but at a second look it's quite dirty, from marks on the bathroom wall to dirt and dust in the corners. The bed looks clean but once you check the mattress you will probably be shocked. No matter how cheap it is I don't think it's worth staying. I booked an other hotel.

Very bad hotel
All the staff are bad and exploitative. This is a fact and I witnessed a guest complaining that his personal belongings were stolen from his room. Perhaps their treatment of Americans and Europeans is different from Asians like me

You can not beat it for price and cleanliness. If you are visiting nana it is a quiet place pool is great to cool off. Easy access by taxi tuktuk to bts

Be not refunded and they have bugs on the bed when we complain about it they just ignore it saying that nobody else had this issue so it is not a real issue. They don’t give you refund if you don’t want to stay they are big time selfish so please do your research before taking this and see the room before paying the money and be careful

Good accommodation in reasonable price. Its best choice. I recommend you this hotel for accommodation. Nice large rooms with a small studio kitchen.the wash rooms are not up to the mark but yet reasonable. The breakfast is included with a variety of fruites juices etc. The best thing is that u can ask for a special omelet that suits you.
It is close to the tourist hub 73 sukhumuvit road and still its a peaceful road.

It's quiet and the location near the BTS is good. Not quite as advertised though. We asked for non smoker but definitely got a smoker room as evidenced by the lingering smell and the available ash tray in the room.

Imagine what Instagram filters do for "models" - that's also what they've done for this hotel. The official photos are very misleading.

The pool is mysteriously cloudy and full of debris.

The bed has a support rod in the middle of it so you'll have to avoid that while you sleep.

The bathroom tiles desperately need some grip on the floor. I nearly broke my face trying to take a shower.

More important than any of the above though - housekeeping left the window open (with A/C on full blast) after they cleaned up for the previous guests, so we checked into a room that was infested with mosquitoes. The other issues I don't have a problem with, but there's nothing worse than not sleeping throughout the night because of a scourge of mosquitoes.

Loved our stay here. The deluxe room we chose was top notch, so large it could fit four people and there was only two of us. I loved the traditional Thai decor, it feels really special.

I have been in several hotels by compass hospitality but never had such a bad experience, full of cheaters. Showed us one room but gave another after booking and payment. The staffs are unfriendly as well. Never going back there. There were blood all over the bed. The bed and the rooms were dirty and they even refused to change the room or clean the beds. Unfit for the families.

Rooms are OK as per price, but staffs behavior is not good. Speak very rudely. Am staying right now in Hotel, house keeping staff not cleaned room on 05th Jan. Pit back used towel again in washroom. On return back from day outing, in evening raised issue with reception at 7 PM, not response received. Went down to talk, staff misbehaved. Refused to disclose name and also refused to put call to hotel manager. Bad experience. Booked Hotel to Make My Trip. Also submitted complaint to MMT in hope action and good day onwards as have Booking for three days

Hotel in the lane of Nana plaza. I hope readers know about Nana plaza. Budget hotel. Provides good breakfast. Breakfast had fruits, french toast, two type of juices. Wanna have Nana plaza night life in reasonable price? Stay here.

Swimming pool towel is very dirty, at breakfast time, if you eat so much, they do not like.they do not want Asia white and yellow people. We group dicde that it is a first and last night.
