I'm really excited about the outlet as I'm a huge fan of The Rituals!
The shop is really easy to find, it's small, nicely decorated and welcoming. A bit sad that couldn't find my fav line (The Rituals of Ayurveda) but hopefully they will stock up and have all the scents soon.
What really disappointed me was the customer service. Sales consultants gathered in the center of the shop and were talking to each other loudly, I felt like I was "extra" in there, didn't expected that from this brand, especially taking into consideration the fact that the shop just opened.
