I feel very fortunate that Saitharn and I found Rita Visa Advisor services. Actually, it is Saitharn who found Rita. Saitharn is now in America with me on a fiancee visa. I do not believe we would have been successful on our own. Understanding what the Embassy really wants is daunting. Rita is a professional and works hard so her clients are successful.
After, I proposed to Saitharn, I had to return to America. I sought help from law firms in America. I felt depressed because they told me there are many obstacles I faced. And the fees they offered were very high. Then Saitharn introduced me to Rita. My experience with Rita was very different. I could immediately tell that she understood the intricacies of what the Embassy really wanted. She kept the information I need to know simple for me. At the same time she was very thorough. She made sure all the details the Embassy wanted was well organized and complete to the Embassy’s standards. There was more to this process than I ever expected. But again, Rita made it simple for us.
The fees I paid were very reasonable (much lower than I could have found elsewhere). Rita is very friendly and made a complicated process comfortable. I am very fortunate that Saitharn and I found Rita Visa Advisor services. Actually, I have to credit this to my soon to be wife, Saitharn.

We used Rita Visa Advisor for our K1 Fiance Visa with a successful outcome - K1 granted in 2019. All questions were answered promptly, and they gave my Fiance, two face to face practice interview sessions and accompanied her to hospital for medical exam and reviewed her social media to ensure nothing would put her application at risk, which is a new hurdle in the USA Visa process now. I couldn't have asked for better service and will be using them again for filing the green card. Could I have done all of this without them? Possibly, but each tiny misstep will cost you 1-2 months of delay or possible rejection. 9/16/2020 Update:
Just used Rita to file my wife's son K2 Visa in the United States. This was an extremely long set of documents that had to be provided and she was there to guide/provide what was needed every step of the way. I am confident this has been filed in a timely and correct fashion. We had a preliminary review of the documents and when the final package came to me, they were all color coded for who had to sign where and which document. There was an overall checklist at the beginning of the package that we needed to submit.
This was money well spent for me, giving me peace of mind and knowledge I have done all I can to eliminate the risk for errors. I cant say enough good things about Rita and her company - Rita Visa Advisors.
