Regus - Bangkok, The Ninth Tower

Really disappointed in my decision to take a membership here. Due to language barriers and inconsistencies between the membership options presented in person vs online, I am unhappy with the service. Next time I would sign up at Common Grounds or WeWork. And the internet speeds at my Airbnb are faster than at these Regus offices smh.

The most annoying part - every day in order to access the elevators I must give my passport to get an access card and when I leave I must pick up my passport. Very inconvenient. At WeWork they provide an access card on Day 1 which allows you into all entry points.

We signed up to use the office address and lounges only. After 5 months waiting we took documents provided by Regus to change the address to the revenue dept.and they laughed and said the documentation is not even close to what is required. After paying for nothing to that point, we then stopped paying until they gave us correct documents, their response was, we will fix the documents when you pay more.

Even worse, they say you can use offices anywhere in the world, but our boss was denied entry to the Phuket office as his membership "wasn't active" when there was no outstanding balance. Still no explanation as to why he was denied entry after 6 months and no apology. Worst customer service we have ever encountered.

To this point we have paid for no office address, no office access and no explanation. Requested a refund but no response, obviously, but we keep getting invoices.

Botched the documentation service, lied about access to offices worldwide. Will not do the right thing and refund, forcing us to pursue legal action. Stay far far away.

Steer clear, we have been signed up for 7 months, they chase for money every week we still do not have the documents required to change our company address to Regus. Every time we request the documents they tell us we need to pay the balance first but then we pay the balance we get a portion of the documents required. When we then refuse to pay until we get what is required, then they say we have to pay again. It seems like a scam and there is no one to contact who is responsible for anything. The worst.

It is a nice work environment, nice facilities, and I wanted to give it 5 stars until one of the tenants showed up at the lounge and started talking to his guest with a very loud voice without considering that there are other people sharing the lounge with him! I wish that Regus will put a sign to decently ask people to speak but not with such very loud voice for not distracting the other people while they're working. Thanks Regus in advance and I hope that you'll take this into your consideration.

Professional and friendly staffs and great environment to work. Nice location and Regus is the largest service office provider which are both good for company images.

This is a great location for an office. Easy access to almost everywhere in Bangkok by MRT and BTS. The services provided by Regus gives us a really professional feel.
