The breakfast by the river is still very good, and the service is also good.

It is true that the room facilities are a bit old and the air conditioner is very loud, which affects sleep.

I forgot my Apple watch at hotel in Office trip.when I Call at hotel they denied also not supporting to find out to my watch. It seems that all staff are Thief?

Have often stayed at this hotel, good service, very strategic location, close to Asiatique, close to Icon Siam and the best thing is there is a boat service to sail to BTS Station,

The rooms were absolutely luxurious, it was close to asiatique night markets (5 min walk) where we picked up some good bargains and ate amazing local dishes. With the complimentary boat to Saphin Taksin for hotel guests it made MBK Center and icon Siam mall very accessible.

But the best part was the staff, especially Jade at the front desk. She helped our family out by organising 2 connecting rooms despite being fully booked the day of check in, she still made a way.

Huge and clean rooms with everything that is needed. The right breakfast and with all kinds of food. The pool is very beautiful and big.
Next to the new Asian Shopping Center where there are a variety of sites where to have dinner.

We booked this hotel via Secret Escapes which includes lounge access. The whole experience was amazing, some reviews left us a bit apprehensive but I don’t think they’re fair. Yes, the rooms are not perfect and have a few quirks (like the sliding door being a bit stiff, the aircon being a bit loud if on lower setting, etc) however it is excellent value for money and the service received is impeccable. Staff are always around and regularly checking that you are satisfied with everything, always happy to help as needed. You literally get a buffet with several options for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Fruit, sushi, salad station, breads, cakes, etc.
There is a large swimming pool outside, they provide clean towels and a spa that is very nice and luxurious. Getting to the hotel from the airport is best via taxi (costs us about 500baht for a 40min journey).

Great 4* star hotel in Bangkok directly on the Chao Phraya. We'll definitely be back. Many thanks for the great service from the entire staff!

The worst reception’s staff.
We are from Russia. Credit cards don't work. Spent a week in this hotel. The hotel is empty, maybe 40% of the rooms are occupied, there are 2-4 tables for breakfast. The most unpleasant thing is that the price is cheaper at booking, at the reception they sell a room for 1000 baht more. Worst front desk staff I have ever met (25.05.22)
When we check in 19.05.22 Manager Rude, ignored. I do not recommend this hotel.
P.s. When we checked out, there was a very polite man at the reception 26.05.22.6 am

The other staff is good (in the restaurant, at the entrance, cleaning)

Decent view and location is close to Asiatique shopping centre. A quick boat ride to other places. Breakfast has good variety.

Room very clean and luxury, i got very cheap price from Trip.com that service very good. Nice Chao pra ya river view and so close to Asiatique.

A nugget in Bangkok! I come back here after having stayed there 13 and 15 years ago and what a joy to find it unchanged, and still so beautiful!
The swimming pool of navy blue color is superb and gives the illusion to be lost in the jungle whereas the Chao Phraya and its buildings are just behind.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. In fact, my mom and I were upgraded to a suite with a view of the river, no less!
The breakfast is gargantuan and there is something for everyone! The view is breathtaking and it's like being in a fairy tale!
Also, for the small cravings of the afternoon, an assortment of dirty and sweet dishes is proposed at tea time for 499 baths for 2 persons, but it's worth it!

จองผ่าน trip.com เลือกห้องวิวแม่น้ำเตียงใหญ่เดี่ยว พร้อมอาหารเช้าและ package mini cocktail จ่ายผ่านบัตรเรียบร้อย พอไป ถึง รร เชคอิน Fail1 พนักงานบอกว่าลูกค้าเยอะห้องที่จองมาเต็ม จะupgrade ให้ห้องวิวลานจอดรถ ผมไม่ยอม เค้าเตอร์ไปคุยกันพักนึงบอกได้ห้องวิวแม่น้ำ แต่เป็นเตียงคู่ คงต้องเอา งงครับทำไมถึงปบ่อยให้จองในแอปได้ โปรดระวังจะได้ไม่ตรงที่จอง Fail2 แพคเกจ mini cocktail ที่จองมาไม่มีครับ Fail3 แอร์ในห้องดังมากครับ นอนไม่หลับเลย ไดรฟ์เป่าผมก็ไม่มี Fail4 ตอนเชคอินแจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษีให้ได้ แต่พอเชคเอ้า บอกต้องไปเอากับ trip.com จะขอสำเนาใบยืนยันเข้าพักเพื่อไปทำเบิกก็ให้ไม่ได้ครับ
ปล โรงแรมนี้มีประตูสำหรับทางเข้าเฉพาะ แพทย์และผู้ป่วยโควิด อยู่ด้านข้าง ที่จอดรถเยอะแต่ ลูกค้ามาพักต้องแย่งกันกับแขกร้านอาหารรถเยอะมาก เดินไกลพอสมควร
