Gwen and Mr. O were terrific! Gwen was our guide and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Bangkok, especially the Temples we visited! We also stopped in Chinatown and she took us to spots that most tourists would have a hard time finding. Overall a fun and informative day!

We had booked an awesome trip under "Private Excursion to Floating market and Ayutthaya World Heritage site. "

*Trip*: Our itinerary includes Maeklong Railway market (or Talad Rom Hoop), Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, Wat Lokayasutharam, Historic City of Ayutthaya.

If you are looking to include Maeklong Railway under this package, be prepared there will be a longer than usual trip to your next destination as they are not in the same area. Some travelling time is required.

*Guide and Driver*: We were astonished and incredibly delighted with Patrick's proficiency in English. And he does knew his history well enough.

Other than that, the trip is fun with Patrick enthusiastically introducing the local delicacies (and thank you for the Foi Thong, which I have been craving on it), and showing us around and explaining in detail the structural and history of Ayutthaya and the 2 temples.

We had a smooth ride between cities thanks to O's safe driving.

I had a wonderful trip with my guide Patrick and my driver “O” to Ayutthaya, train market and floating market. Patrick was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave very good insights to Thai lifestyle and history. He also treated us to many nice Thai desserts. He brought to a great restaurant at Ayutthaya. Our driver was also very good and he drove safely and timely. The trip was a good introductory tour to the local markets and the old city of Ayutthaya which took entire day. I strongly recommend this tour and Patrick. The car was clean and comfortable. They provided free drinks and the tour is suitable for most people.

Great experience discovering Bangkok (and surroundings) with our guide Patrick. He is an excellent guide and a wonderful photographer!

In addition, he made sure to speak English more slowly so that we could understand him perfectly and he achieved it!

I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. A+ 15/15 stars! This tour was fantastic! My wife and I had an incredible day learning about Thai history, food and culture and seeing many great sights.

Our driver Mark made sure we were comfortable, cool and well hydrated all day. He was a safe and smooth driver on the road. He always had cold water and a cool refreshing wipe ready whenever we got back in the car.

Our guide Patrick was the best! He shared an endless amount of interesting facts about Thai history, culture, daily life, food, etc. My wife and I enjoyed our conversations all day and we didn’t nap in the car at all. We had so much fun talking with Patrick.

We started the day at the Railway Market. It is worth starting your day an hour earlier to go see this. Patrick took us around to many food stands to taste some of his local favorites and so we’d have snacks in the car. Every bite was delicious. He taught us about new fruits, we watched fresh spring rolls being made, we had fresh coconut water, we saw the live seafood market and learned about horseshoe crab eggs. And we experienced the train rolling through the market, inches from our faces!

Next we went to the Floating Market and enjoyed a scenic ride through the canals in a unique riverboat using a car engine! We bought a few souvenirs and tried more local delicacies like a crispy coconut and egg pancake.

Then we were off to Ayutthaya! We had lunch at a local restaurant where we sat in traditional style on a floating boat in the river. We tried some special dishes Patrick recommended including the biggest river prawn I have ever seen and a unique fish and lotus stem soup! Food and scenery were top notch.

The historical ruins at Ayutthaya are worthy of their UNESCO heritage. They are stunning. Patrick taught us about the history, Buddhist traditions and pointed out unique features of the sites. He is also an excellent photographer and helped my wife and I feel like models!

Then we saw two large Buddhas. One gold Buddha inside a temple building and one large reclining Buddha outdoors. We learned about the unique positions of the hands and feet and features such as long ears and toes and fingers that are all the same size.

Then we got more local snacks for the car ride back to our hotel.

Patrick is a great tour guide and full of fun conversation. Any group would be lucky to spend time with him and to get to know him.

I highly recommend this tour experience!

Time and Mario were awesome. Saw the floating market and had the best noodles I think I’ve ever had. The railroad market was amazing too. Time was so helpful with guiding us to the right places and he knew all the best food spots. 5/5 would do again

We had an amazing trip and tour. Time, our guide, made the trip. He was very knowledgable about all of the activities planned. We visited many temples and markets as wells as road trip up to the River Kwai and an elephant sanctuary. He also became our tour photographer, knowing the best places and angles for perfect photos. We were delighted to have him dine with us and help order great food to meet our vegetarian tastes. He also ordered different foods for us to sample throughout the tour. We have traveled a bit and had many tour guides over the years and he was unanimously our family’s favorite guide ever. I’d highly recommend traveling with Time if traveling to Thailand.

If you're looking for a tour guide who is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work, look no further than Patrick. I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of Kanchanapuri with Patrick, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best experiences of my life.

From the moment we met, Patrick put us at ease with his warm smile and easy-going manner. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, and he shared his insights with us in a way that was engaging and informative. He was also very attentive to our needs, making sure that we were comfortable and well-fed throughout the tour.

But what really set Patrick apart was his passion for his work. It was clear from the way he spoke about the area that he truly loved what he did, and that enthusiasm was infectious. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had not only learned a lot, but that we had made a new friend as well.

In short, I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a tour guide in Kanchanapuri. He is a true professional, and his passion for his work shines through in everything he does.
