Q Space Residence (คิว สเปซ เรสซิเด้นซ์)

ห้องพักใหญ่สบายดีค่ะ แต่อาจจะค่อนข้างเก่าไปหน่อย แอร์เย็นดี เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ดี แต่! เตียงแข็งมาก มากกกๆๆๆ เหมือนนอนบนพื้น ไม่สามารถนอนตะแคงข้างได้เพราะปวดตัว ปวดกระดูก อายุยังไม่ถึง 30 เลย นอนเตียงนี้ทุกวันคงต้องไปกายภาพบำบัดแน่นอน พนักงานผู้ชายและผู้หญิงดีค่ะ แต่คนที่เป็นสาวประเภทสองไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ทำงานเหมือนไม่รักงานนี้

Room was not clean enough. The furniture was old and broken. TV cant watch. Internet has constance problem. The bed was so hard.toilet can’t be flushed down. Water ran slowly. I was not impressed to sleep here. The arpartment is to far away from MRT station.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room is very spacious, clean, and has a city view from the balcony. Luckily we got the best deal for that price.

The train station was quiet far so you need to walk around 1.3 km. But there are lotus, 7eleven, a few restaurants, coffee shop nearby also. So its more convenient for you to stay in this area:)

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Amazing amount of storage in our room. More like an apartment in that essence, but hotel quality. Spacious bathroom, with soap dispenser fulled when they clean room, which can be daily if you want. Fresh water every day along with bin changes and room clean. Pillows where great, lovely and soft. The staff are very polite, very professional, always a smile and friendly greeting, someone is manning the reception 24hrs. There is also a lot of parking spaces, washing machines and dryers on ground level. The area.
The area is a little out of the way, however. Cafes, resterauntsamd 711 are a stones throw away. 10 minute walke either way, and you will see them. Also another positive, the metro station " blue line" is 10/15 minutes walk away. Which runs the circumference of bkk. Most major stops like china town, Sukhumvit, silom etc are 30 mins on metro. So still close enough to reach for 40 baht which is super cheap. The area where the hotel is, is a very quiet neighbourhood. Tooked away from the hustle amd bustle. Which is a bonus in my opinion. But close enough to get in the thick of it. The internet can be a little slow if you planning to do anything othet than streaming a movie, expect it to be a little slow.

Spacious, clean, and tidy room where I could rest peacefully. The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood and the staff is friendly and helpful, a bit far from MRT but affordable taxi lines can be easily found.

For a 3-star, very good. Clean and tidy. I stayed one month for a really reasonable price. The staff is excellent and helpful. It is a bit far from MRT, but you have cheap line taxis all the time.

Truly, very accommodating place and staffs. They guided as well. The view was also nice. Additional relaxation does.

เป็นเรสซิเดนซ์เล็กๆค่อนข้างเงียบใครที่ชอบที่พักแบบเงียบๆถือว่าที่นี้ตอบโจทย์เลยครับอยู่ในซอยย่อยของซอยหลักอีกทีแต่ถ้าใครไมัมีรถส่วนตัวจะลำบากในการเดินทางบ้างแต่ในซอยนี้มีรถกระบ้อคอยผ่านมารับส่งครับ

ห้องสะอาด กว้าง เตียงนุ่ม มีตู้เย็น น้ำอุ่น กาต้มน้ำ ซิ้งค์ล้าง ระเบียง ไดร์เป่าผม มีแปรงสีฟันให้ด้วย

พนักงานน่ารักมากค่ะ ๒๐/๗๖๓ บริการดีมาก ไม่รู้ทางโทรถามก็คุยกับพี่แท็กซี่ให้ด้วย มีจักรยานให้ยืมขี่เล่นด้วย ไว้มีโอกาศจะมาพักอีกค่ะ ห้องสะอาดเรียบร้อย เตียงนุ่มม๊วก

The reception excellent because they give us tips and trick to us who firstly in Thailand, very recommended and will back soon!

The rooms are spacious and good value for money. I walked to the underground train in about 15 min or you can catch one of the tuk tuk pickup trucks for about 20 baht. You can easily walk to a family marts. 7/11. There is also a large number of small restaurant s near by. A taxi to chatuchak is less than 100 baht. Washing machines can be used for 30 baht. I gave up trying to get the wi fi to work.and the time I asked for my room to be cleaned it was spotless. The beds are the hard Thai style. I couldn't complain though. Don't expect to get the newness of a Sheraton. This a small hotel apartments in the suburbs.and you get what you pay for. Everyone in the area is really friendly. With expansion of the underground you can do some great sightseeing. There are also some really great shopping malls full of locals not to far away. The hotel can help you order from grab food and book taxis.

Very good price for what we got would highly recommend this place to anyone!

โดยรวมห้องสะอาด สวยงาม แต่ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดของผ้าขนหนู ผ้าห่ม การบริการดี การเดินทางไม่ค่อยสะดวกต้องเข้าซอยลึกนิดหน่อย ถ้ามีโอกาส จะกลับมาใช้บริการอีก

ดีมากคุ้มราคา พนักงานใจดีพูดเพราะยิ้มตลอด ไม่ไกลจากเซเว่น ข้างๆเซเว่นมีตลาด้ล้กๆด้วย สรุปคือดีมากครับ
