A Thai friend recommended the Pulse Clinic for my pre-departure RAT (Rapid Antigen Test), aka ATK. I booked my appointment yesterday for today (I'm flying to Singapore in two days), showed up there 20 minutes early, they went straight to work and 30 minutes (and 1,300 baht) later, I was out of there with my test result in hand! They also emailed me my receipt as well as a copy of my test result, and accept Visa and Mastercard. Very impressed! The Silom location is handy to BTS Sala Daeng station (Exit 3) and MRT Silom station (Exit 2), the staff is very elegant, polite and efficient, and the whole experience felt right. I was told to avoid the mayhem of Bangkok hospitals for my pre-departure test and am glad I picked these guys, they are number 1 in my book. Thanks to the entire team!

Due to the Covid situation, my shipment for Prep from another company was delayed by 2.5 months, I was left with 4 days supply before I am out of my existing Prep. I immediately searched online and found that Pulse Clinic is also shipping affordable Prep to my country. I ordered on Monday and received daily updates on my order from payment receipt, packing to shipment. Through these short 4 days I received my tracked order by Fedex.

I cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for their friendly, professional and FAST assistance with an embarrassing problem. In terms of on-site service, phone support and email responses, their excellent service went beyond what one might expect from a typical medical facility. I hope I never have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will definitely return to a PULSE clinic. Thank you!

I am so incredibly impressed with the professional, friendly, affordable, and loving service provided at Pulse! Positive affirmation and support from the minute I walked in, to the message of "You are loved" on the envelope that the results came in, on the way out.

They provide excellent service. The doctor spoke very good English and I felt comfortable talking to him about exactly what happened and my symptoms. The process was very quick and efficient.

This clinic are really gorgeous, good and excellent place to visit. They have so many function for tests (STD and STI) tests also they staff are so kind and always helpful when first step walked there.:)

It was a pleasant surprise to find this clinic in Thailand. In 6 months traveling around Asia, I visited both sites in Bangkok and Phuket, and I have only to thank for the professionalism, customer care/service, discretion and facilities offered. If you need to see a Doctor, medicines or/and tests in general, be sure to look for them! I highly recommend them.

Really great service and knowledgeable staff. A really bizarre ambience that kinda surprised me but made it a more interesting experience than I had anticipated. Reasonable rates for the services they provide. Seems like they are more oriented towards helping people stay healthy than they are about making a profit. Highly recommended.

I stopped taking Prep after moving from the US to Qatar last year. Unfortunately, unlike Thailand, the Middle East has yet to learn the importance of HIV prevention.

I was surprised to learn that Pulse provided testing, education and medication to EVERYONE and ANYONE. Instead of paying an arm and a leg to fly to the US and pay out of pocket for Prep (>$1000/month supply of Truvada without insurance), I returned to Bangkok and was seen by Pao. Pao was wonderful and is a Godsend! She interviewed me, gave me a little guidance and wrote me a prescription for 6 months of Prep. I was finished within 30 minutes. She and everyone in the clinic were friendly and efficient and very warm! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an alternative option to obtaining Prep. Thank you Pulse Silom!

Narcistic clinic dangerous for patients.

While travelling in Asia for 6 month, I needed to send 3 month of medicine (due to policy in our country)

Due to Asian stories about post I thought it would be best to send my hiv medicine to this clinic I've been before, so we contacten Pulse clinic and their staff told us no problem, we will even help with with information on how to send it to us.

With 2 days of medicine left i had travelled to Bangkok from Cambodia, but when i got to this clinic they just wanted to sell me their own medicine and forget about mine.

Offering me no explaination or a way to get my 3 months of medicine supply, i can't just buy your overpriced medicine for 3 month when mine is sitting at customs and your refusing to deal with it.

After reading your discusting and fake response I find that unrealistic, also the way your handle your promisses i find unrealistic, when you make a agreement with a professional clinic you expect them to keep their agreements.

He even destroyed my medicine when trying to blackmail me to remove this review.

Discusting clinic, due to your unrealistic clinic who doesnt know what a agreement is i was forced to go back to my country and things went wrong.

Avoid this clinic, Dr Deyn, one of the owners who runs it is a narcistic maniac who only cares about profit and trips to America. Real fake person who is supposed to be helping people and not destroy their medicine.
