If you don't want to wait then this is a great place to visit. Very friendly staff and attentive care. Walk-in was available and timing very efficient. Comfortable waiting room. Discreet service.

Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. I cut my finger and have 8 stitches on my finger for about 3 weeks. I checked their services to see what type of a clinic they are and visited today to have the stitches removed. I was told they could not remove the stitches since they are a “sexual health check clinic for women”. I showed the staff the services mentioned here, in maps, and he repeated they are a sexual health check clinic for women. He apologized and said they could change the dressing of the stitches but could not remove them. It is hard to understand why they can not remove the stitches but FYI in case anyone considers going there for anything other than “sexual health check”. You will be turned away!

Before coming i had read some negative reviews from websites about customer service here, however when I came in both Silom and Asoke branches, the staffs were friendly and supportive. The service was fast and completed, didn’t face any problems so far

I highly recommend this Clinic. The service is very good and the results don't need to wait for a long time. If the clinicians and doctors are very satisfied, you don't need to worry about anything. Excellent communication from staff and incredibly speedy process. I was confused about their packages and what I was looking for, but they were efficient in being as transparent as possible. Not the most affordable of places, but great customer service.

Very nice clinic with polite personal, reasonable prices and promotion packages. They are closing at 10: 30 pm as well.

Superb Service. Everyone, from receptionist to doctors are consummate professionals. I saw Dr Pannapat who gave me good advice on many issues. This is the way healthcare should be delivered. The tests are much higher quality than at home, much faster and delivered by email or text. If you are in any doubt as to whether you should visit, have no doubt, just go and you will be treated with respect and looked after by too people.
