Not sure what is going on with this company. I made an appointment for a call back in which i spoke to Sirisuk (Pang) for about 45mins regarding my digital marketing campaign and strategy for my company. After the call there was no proposal, no follow up, no emails, nothing. It has been 1 week. They just disappeared. I did email her but no replies. I also gave her my contact details for whatsapp/line so it would be easier to communicate but she never added me.

I have delt with marketing agencies all over the world. Usually the standard of recap / minutes of the meeting and whatsapp group chat is established for ease of communication instead of emails.

Very poor professionalism and communication.

I have changed my rating to 4 stars. After I posted my review Mark, CEO of Primal, immediately contacted me to resolve my concerns. Although I didnt end up going with Primal due to other reasons, I felt that Mark did an excellent job in explaining to me what had happened and possible miscommunication/misunderstaning that occur.

Primal has been a great digital marketing agency for us. They did a professional website for us and we are super happy with the performance of the website, we’ve been able to acquire new customers and grow our business. We especially appreciate the work of Jonathan who has project managed this for us and he has been very supportive and helpful. Keep up the good work!
