Praso @ Ratchada 12

ห้องพักสะอาดในห้องมีอุปกรณ์ครบ เหมือนโรงแรม5ดาว มีอาหารเช้า ราคาไม่แพง พนักงานบริการดี ทำเลไม่ไกลรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน

I like Praso@Ratchada12 because it is so close and convenient to BIDC (Dental Clinic). It is also convenient to Huai Khwang MRT, buses that take you direct to Chinatown (#73), also within reasonable walking distance to The Street and Big C (where I had breakfast every day), and also a few 7/11 shops within close proximity.
Praso has a pool, a reasonable restaurant, and reasonable internet. Unfortunately the walls in the hotel don't appear to be all that thick. You can hear what's going on in the rooms either side of you (and they the noise coming from mine I assume).
For the price i highly recommend Praso.

Very nice, comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here whenever if in Bangkok. Oh, just one small set back, the rooms are not as sound proof as the 5 star hotels.

Not easy to find, nice big rooms, towels were not changed, first morning buffet breakfast, OK although the fried eggs were cold, second morning set breakfast, still cold eggs.

ไม่มีที่ให้สูบบุหรี่ พักชั้น 7 ต้องลงมาสูบชั้น 1 ระเบียงเปิดไม่ได้ล็อคกุญแจ สระว่ายน้ำและห้องอาหาร ปิด 15: 00 น หลังจากนั้นไม่เปิดให้ใช้บริการ

ชอบมากค่ะ ทั้งห้องพักห้องน้ำแลพการยริการของพนักงาน ตั้งแต่ รปภ. Dorman และพนักงานreception ค่ะ น่ารัก มีมารยาท ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริกาดีมากประทับใจค่ะ

ห้องพักสะดวกสบายดีค่ะ ตั้งอยู่ในซอยรัชดาภิเษก12 ไกลจากmrtห้วยขวางพอสมควร คือถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุมาพักด้วยไม่แนะนำค่ะ เนื่องจากต้องเดินออกมากินอาหารเย็นไกลพอสมควร ภาพรวมคือโอเคค่ะ พนักงานบริการดี น่ารักทุกคนค่ะ

พนักงานที่ฟร้อนแย่มากกกกก ให้ลูกค้ารอคีย์การ์ดห้อง ครึ่งชม. จนเราเห็นคนมาที่หลังได้ห้องก่อน เลยเดินไปถาม ว่าทำไมถึงช้า คนมาทีหลังได้ก่อน พนักงานตอบว่า ลูกค้าเยอะค่ะ เลยลืม ขอโทษนะคะลูกค้า (น้ำเสียงแข็งมาก) คือ คุณจัดลำดับกันยังไงหรอคะ แย่มากเลย ตอนเราไปถึงมีคิวก่อนเรา 3 คิว คุณเดินมาเรียกรับคีย์การ์ดทุกคิวเลย พอถึงเราลืม ข้ามไปเฉยเลย

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Am Anfang hat es etwas gemüffelt, aber die Air Condition hat dieses Problem gleich gelöst. Das Personal war nett. Lage ist okay.zu Fuß 5 min von der MRT entfernt. Für eine Nacht in Bangkok war das super.

Ultra stingy management that makes their guests pay for toothbrush when it is a common practice and almost a tradition to provide free toothbrush. Rooms are minimal comfort and they even retain deposit from guest not for mini bar, but for fine if you bring durian or if you hang clothes to dry on aircon, unbelievable! Totally recommend to avoid this hotel!

It's close to the MRT station, and convenience store is just near the hotel. It's a nice place to stay one night, but not a long time.

โรงแรมให่ย่านห้วยขวาง เดินทางสดวงมีที่จอกรถ, คุณสามารถเดินทางโดยรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินและเดินจากสถานีรถไฟเพียง 400 กว่าเมตร, มีที่สำหรับจอดรถ ใกล้ร้านอาหารชั้นนำหลายแห่งใกล้แห่งท่องเที่ยวใจกลางเมือง, ห้องสะอาด ห้องน้ำสะอาด ระบบความปลอดภัยของประตูห้องดีเยี่ยม, ในส่วนของกลางคืนห้องไม่สามารถเก็บเสียงได้ดีนักจะทำอะไรก็เบาๆหน่อยนะขอรับเกรงใจห้องข้างๆบ้าง, สถานที่นี้ห้ามสูบบุหรี่นะครับ.

The Location was very central because it was only 3min away from the station huai kwang by walking. Also the room was tidy and clean.

Hotel location is not bad. The towel are frayed. Even though the rooms have a sign asking guests to hang up the towels so they don't need to be changed, we had clean towels everyday. The room safe was not bolted to the wall so it's practically useless cause anyone can pick up the safe and leave with it. Buffet breakfast was terrible and pricey with limited choices.
