Had a great experience with my trainer ผมชื่อ ฟ่าง (fang) ครับ, I signed up for a one on one personal training session. I learned a lot of new techniques, he took his time adjusting my form. Very patient and communicative, I would highly recommend asking for him. I trained in the evening and it was definitely an experience just watching a bit of the production of everyone getting ready and practicing. Very busy gym in the evening. There was fog and red colored lighting going on not sure what was going on but I was very entertained people watching at a glance. Please note they do not accept credit card payment, cash only. So plan accordingly. There’s mens and women’s locker room (I didn’t use it) but it is there. There’s also a good amount of equipment to do some weightlifting, ask beforehand for permission to use it. Bring a towel, there is water to refill your bottle.

One of the most famous Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. Good equipment. Trainers are friendly and attentive. If you’re lucky, might even get a photo op with a famous fighter like Tawanchai.

One of the best Muay Thai Gym I went the last serval years in Bangkok. It is professional organized and also as foreign you will get the same training and support from the trainers. The gym is clean and the also provide small towels and other things which will be cleaned every day. During training water is available. I enjoy the time there and can recommend to everyone to go there and take a course to learn from the best muay thai.

Had a blast traing twice there. I am completly out of shape, did not train for years but was super fun and at the same time serious. Coaches are friendly and push you needed. The atmosphere in this place is amazing. I will definitively come back

Love this spot! The Managing Director and their team are super friendly. Great accommodation and food. Training is A+ if you’re in Bangkok this is def a go to!

It’s an incredible opportunity to train with legends of the sport. There is no reason why this gym shouldn’t be the most popular in Bangkok. Super clean facilities and top of the line equipment. Will always come back to this place.

Very good, teacher train and fix technique. Gym is also hygienic and clean. Have auntie come and fill up your water while your water bottle during rounds. Have not seen a gym like this. Hope to come back soon.

Hands down the best gym in Thailand for serious training. They have the best trainers and fighters in Thailand.
