Pizza Pala Romana reviews
26 The staff at shopfront is very impolite and unprofessional. She took care only foreigners but Thais. The manager must educate her to respect Thai customers and to manage the orders in the proper way.
Pizza is very delicious except the staff behavior need to improve immediately.
The pizza here is legit good… the price can be seen as moderate and insanely high based on appetite and where you come from. I come from expensive Miami, and I eat small portions… so paying 90 to 150 baht for a small mini slice that fills me up is not bad. But if you are hungry and local… paying 700+ baht for a pizza pie… is probably insanity for you.
Love the pasta, will always pick up a pizza slice or two when in the mood (takeout counter is quick). Very convenient.
The restaurant is located near the large TERMINAL 21 shopping center. Limited seating but still enjoyable. The service is fast and kind. The pizza is served in square slices. There is a counter where you can see the pizzas made in half-metre pans. The beer is Italian. It will remain an important point of support for me.
The staff were just rude, from servicing staff to the cashier. We realised that they weren't very tourists welcoming. Definitely treated their locals way better.
The pizza is of a very high quality and is sold in slices so you can eat it in a variety of ways.
Incredibly best Italian foods at prime location. Reasonable price, good service, authentic dishes. Parking at terminal21.
My most favorite pizza in BKK.
Did not try many pizza in BKK, but as far as i tried this one is the best.
Park the car at Terminal21 or take MRT.
My cousin said it was the best pizza place in Bangkok and he wasn't half wrong. Amazing. Christmas dinner solution.
This is (one of) the best pizza places in town. In passing it seems like yet another pizza joint but this one is actually special. The quality, freshness and taste of their pizza's are unrivaled. Haven't tried the pastas yet, but I will. They also sell premium imported meats and bread to take home. Their cakes are to die for. An absolute must try. Takeaway goes with a promotion on cakes and pizza.
Based on the reviews we went to eat there. For me pizza was OK. But I liked crust of the pizza very cruchy
Popularity must be based on location, NOT taste.
Hipsters are easily fooled by a pretentious facade.
Dry cardboard pizza crust, tasteless sauce, skimpy cheese.
Makes sense to me, because most of the pizza I've had in Italy was shockingly Bad!
Pala would never make it in the New York City pizza market.
The food is 5 stars. The location is two stars. The price is one star (beer is 6€). Be aware: Waiters won't tell, but pizza comes by the slice, half meter or meter. When I got mine, I thought they were bringing two - small - slices at a time. I had to place a second order not to starve)
Great food and service, as always. Visited today and had some hiccups at queuing system. So they offered free ice-cream and did not charge the service charge without us asking at all. Really impressed.
One of the best pizza places in Bangkok. Pasta selection is good too, a little pricey, but that's how they price pasta here in Bangkok.
Love that they open early! Picked up a chocolate crossoint from their takeout window for 80 baht. High quality, full of chocolate, nice and flakey.
Their pizza is great too - often stop by on the way home via MRT to pick up some sliced to bake at home for late night snack.
Real Italian pizza made with original ingredients, and done better than in many Italian restaurants.
Staff is very kind and professional. A must to try in Bangkok!
I was disappointed with this place. My last visit was much better, but this time pizza crust was dry and hard to eat. If you buy to go it will be a better deal. Expensive for the size of the ‘slice’ you get.
