This review is for the alley next to the building where has multiple food stalls, now they have been rearranged and put more seat for customers to enjoy outdoor.
Windy but still not cool enough to sit in long time, I went there during end of year when the weather is quite pleasing in Bkk.
Taking sky train (BTS train) to Ari Station or like two stations away from Mochid Station and you walk down the stairs, you cannot miss Piyawan Building. Elevator is also open for public if you wish to take it.

Very located in this super area! My boyfriend and I love this place very much. We've been here many times already for over-month stay and will come back again for sure. Friendly staff and services. The building is old but clean with the reasonable price. Indoor swimming pool, gym, laundry and house keeping service are available.
สะดวกมากหากเป็นการเดินทางโดยรถไฟฟ้า BTS ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างแคบ (เนื่องจากจำนวนต่อชั้นน้อย และต้องมีการจอซ้อนตรงทางขึ้นลงระหว่างชั้น) เวลาเข้าอาคารจอดรถฝั่งพหลโยธิน ต้องเข้าฝั่งทางออก หรือเข้าทางซอยอารีย์ต้องเรียก รปภ เพราะประตูปิดเนื่องจากมีคนแอบใช้เป็นทางลัดออกถนนพหลโยธิน
