Excellent experience with Pinky Tailors! A huge selection of different materials, very open to different styles of suit also vs the usual Thai tailor store which is very cookie cutter. Have had many suits or shirts made in Thailand and this was the closest on first fitting and their team kept refining. Very happy with the outcome and will be running back for future orders. I’ve finally found what I think is the best tailor in bangkok at a price that doesn’t make your eyes water!

In my late fifties, I finally discovered the best tailor in the heart of Bangkok. From the first visit, you can tell that this is a truly professional establishment in its own class. The charming owner Mr. Pinky personally presented countless choices of fabrics and prices, while sharing a few anecdotes of his life. He explained carefully why particular fabrics have high price tags and offered equally beautiful—less expensive—alternatives. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Other skilled and charming young tailor, Mr. Ramin, took my measurements with an extreme care, triple-checking each length and asking me about preferred choice of collar, type of buttoning, style of folds and other small details that I never even think about when buying off-the-rack suits. First fitting was scheduled a week later. Even without jacket sleeves being attached to it — I knew that it would become my best suit ever. Five days later, the result was fantastic! Both the suit and two shirts felt as comfortable as the most casual wear. The quality and the feel of the fabric is unbelievably soft. The colours are just amazing. The cut style follows the curves of my body as if I was born in it. I cannot wait to start wearing it! Most importantly — the service has been exceptional throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

I was today years old when I found this tailor shop. The shop was recommended to me by a friend who got his groom’s suit tailored here too.

It was a little confusing at first when I called to book because they didn’t even take my name or phone number down, but I went on the day with my fiancé anyway.

Needless to say, once the process began, I could tell they knew what they are doing. Pinky has been this for decades, and he could tell right away what would look good on my fiancé. He’s super funny as well

They are great with tailoring suits in a short period of time. We went in on Thursday for measurements, went again twice for fitting, and picked up the suit on the following Wednesday!

The three-piece suit was about 26,000 THB and the tie was 4500 THB. The price varies depending on the fabric you choose, but the starting price is 12,000 THB

They could also take your measurements and tailor your suit when you’re overseas. They also tailor overcoats as well. I might go in again for that!

I went to this shop following the recommendations. I made 4 shirts (we brought a sample) and 2 trousers last weekend. We came on Friday morning for the initial fitting and left on Sunday afternoon. Result: no issue for the 4 shirts. Since we brought a sample, it was easy for them to replicate. For the trousers, without any sample, it's a disaster. Despite the fitting we had on Saturday, the pants is way to short and we told hem to make it longer and the "in between legs" is too low.
So overall, the experience is not great and i'm a disappointed.

To conclude: Bring sample so them can just duplicate. Plan 2-3 fitting ahead to adjust and avoid the bad surprise.

Very difficult to find. Not in Sukhumvit. Very high pricing for material offered. Delivery time is also very long.

Very pleased with my in-person experience with Pinky. I came in with a very tight timeline and was very pleased with the level of service and execution. Unfortunately, I don't live in Bangkok and trying to place another order has been unfortunately impossible to execute. Unfortunately, they don't have an email inbox that gets attention nor does their Facebook yield responses. I even WhatsApp'd the tailor who did my cutting and got no response.

Staff was attentive and showed us their large variety of cloths. Staff followed up with me to check if i had received my tailored shirts and if they fitted well.

Service was so fast and good!

Three of the best suits I own are from Pinky. I came back to the shop after 3 years and they still had my measurements from 2019. Excellent service, excellent fabrics (for all of occasions) and good price for being tailored. If you go there you’ll never want to go back to off the rack.

Very experienced tailor and good service. You get what you pay. They have an extensive range of pricing that corresponds to the quality.

Simply, after only cursory research, I chose Pinky Tailor Shop from amongst the numerous custom tailors in BKK, for its convenient location. This first time visit proved to be a delightful surprise. Don’t be put off by the compact, cramped premises—the bespoke garments’ fine fit & finish, & the superior customer service at Pinky is what matters most. Despite being the back end of Covid in BKK, business seemed quite robust—undoubtedly, indicative of a loyal client base sustained over its many successful years in business.

Being my maiden visit, I chose moderate-priced wool blend fabrics for Pinky’s ‘audition’. I was pleased with the final outcome, though time & dry cleaning/pressing will be the test of overall quality. All the garments look sharp & well tailored. If I had a do-over, however, I would’ve gone with a full canvas jacket interfacing (option at a modest premium price). All in all, IMO the price & value proposition was more than reasonable & fair.

What impressed me most about my experience was the attentive, customer-centric service by Pinky & his team. Mr Pinky, a true gentleman proprietor (btw, the shirts he wears are impeccable) takes a backseat to his master tailors & in an altogether understated manner, was very respectful of my needs—no pushy, high pressure tactics to be found here, which would have been a deal breaker for me. K Noom, the master tailor, is conscientious, passionate about his work & IMO has a ‘good eye’—his deep experience in the profession was obvious. I especially appreciated his terrific attitude & subtle, honest feedback to some of my not-so-good initial preferences—to me that’s the sign of a true professional.

When another tailoring need arises, I shall return to Pinky—next time for more than its convenience, & with an upgrade to use more premium fabrics. This tailor has withstood the test of time in a very competitive market, for good reason. Well done, Pinky Tailor Shop.

Wonderful suits, shirts and pants. The attention for detail is outstanding. Good choice of fabrics. Not cheap. Value yes.

Pinky has been the tailor of choice for 4 generations of our family since the 1990s. He & his family are now considered best of friends here in Bangkok - the relationship developed easily out of the trust he built with us over the years of tailoring suits, pants, shirts, prom dresses, you name it - he has made it for us! I would never get anything else made in Bangkok - other than with Pinky Tailor!

On the recommendation of a friend, I had a fitted suit made by Pinky. It was a good experience from beginning to end. I ended up with a quality suit and two shirts for a reasonable price. It's not super cheap, but for the quality and hands-on care I received from Pinky, it was worth every Baht. I highly recommend, just for the experience alone.

I ordered a suit on their online form and paid for it. When they sent suit, two of the sizes I gave were smaller by up to 50mm - waist for trousers and the waste coat girth. I had to post the suit back at my expense and wait for it's return. In the meantime, I had ordered the same suit for my best man. When that arrived, same thing happened and he couldn't fit in to it at all. They told me that they thought I made an error in the size so they adjusted it.both times! Then, they got rude with me and told me they no longer want to do business with me. In the end, I had to buy 2 new matching suits off the rack for my wedding. They once had a good name and were recommended to me by a friend who lives in Thailand. He is also very disappointed now. Summary - 2 suits, both with sizes way different than provided, they admit making it wrong size, they blame me.

I had three suits made here. One was nice, one was ok and one had a hunched shoulder. Looked awful. Took it back and they tried to dismiss it as being fine. Eventually agreed to fix it but, knowing I was flying out, they actually did nothing. Suit is unusable. Took it to tailor in HK and he said most of the suit was reasonably well made but it was mind boggling they got the shoulder so wrong.
