Fun and challenging class, not like the fitness that I used to play at all.

Good community! The trainers are very experienced and the staff are very friendly.

Great body weight workout. The staffs and instructors here are nice and friendly. Some instructors would tease you a lot to stop you from slacking. They just want to keep you engaged in the class.
The workout looks simple but challenging. Instructors would give you tips for variations so workout can suit your needs. Slight change to workout can make it easier for beginner and harder for advanced members.

I have joined the beginner classes twice now, the instructors were very details on how I organized my body. The class was not too hard for me as I am not quite good on telling left and right. The beat is fun but i can’t follow though.

Good place to try new way of work-out your muscle. The class is not too crowded and can really make you sweat in no times. After class, you may found yourself fear of walking down the floor.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Instructors are energetic and attention to details, they concern and care if we have any concern or injury and ready to help.

I’ve taken classes with 3 instructors so far and all of them are so full of energy and positive vibes. There’s something different from taking classes at other studios - while it burns like hell while doing it, you get that satisfactory feeling afterwards and you just feel great about yourself! I also love that the studios are very clean and well-managed!

Don't underestimate the power of pretty girls (almost like no boys are allowed here.) If it's your first time here - get ready to be super exhausted! It's burrrrrrning inside.

All the staffs and instructors are THE BEST! Soooooo friendly and attentive. Love it here, worth the pricey class.

Classes are amazing! My muscles turn to lava every time I join a signature class! You feel fully alive! Also, I love the post-class feeling of well-being & energy.
The studio is clean, luminous and has large and clean fully equipped changing rooms, with large showers. The service comes with towels, air dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, rubber bands to tie your hair (in case you forget one) and lockers.

I love it very much. Physique 57 taugth me how to activate my muscle correctly and not harmful. And I can do it myself everywhere such as my home or working place as homework for next class. I practice both Yoga and Physique57 concurrently and both of practice make my body more stretch and stronger. My weight loss a little but my shape is firm. Physique 57 is my inspiration to continue exercise not for number of weight loss but for better quality of life. I love you all very much.

I love this Barre Exercise so much. Long lean muscle workout well. Can’t get this in weight training for sure. Lovely instructor, cool music and make me feeling like workout with family.

I have been to Barre in the US, Europe and Singapore. Physique 57 really stood out for me. Instructors are knowledgable, energetic, engaging and involved.

I may even honour them with the title of 'Best Barre studio in Asia! ' Actually I feel it's the best Barre brand globally. Physique 57 have really raised and set the 'barre' high for this workout.

Physique 57 made me get back to exercising again. The facilities are great, the location perfect. The teacher (in my case, Nooty) made the hour pass by swiftly as her class was fun, engaging and of course effective. This smart and creative method made me feel that every drop of sweat was worth it. My first Barre Workout experience couldn't have been better and I can't imagine anyone who would just be a first-timer here. Well done guys.

Receptionists are helpful. Signature class is super awesome. If you look for something hardcore and wanna feel the burn at your butt and thighs, here is the right place!
