Quite and clean.doctor is so kind but his English is so so. And he came here around 30-40 min late.

บริการไม่ดี ค่อนข้างแย่ ให้รอคิวนานเป็นชั่วโมง โดยที่คิวไม่ขยับ ไม่มาแจ้งเหตุใดๆเลย ถ้าไม่ถามก็ปล่อยให้รอไปอย่างนั้น ทั้งๆที่มีใบนัดจากแพทย์ แต่ปล่อยให้รอเหมือนเป็นคนไข้ walk-in ไม่ประทับใจเลย

Good for couples.n amazing view in patient rooms. WE have an awesome experience in this hospital.

One of the better private hospitals in Bangkok. But mostly for Thai patients as many of the staff speak little english.

They don't deserve any star, the annual Heath heck organization here is the worse, you have got to move to different level, lift is slow. Queue is unorganized. The quality is terrible. I had tried few services for the past 5 yesrs no such improvement especially the long waiting of no clue until you have to cross check for what you are waiting for. P. S
Phayathai 1 is much better and try other hospital would be a lot better. The doctor advices and quality in other hospital is way much better.

Up to the standard! Good service and reasonable priced. The level of English of the doctors is okay, but for the nurses it could be improved. For your daily needs I would highly recommend this hospital. For anything urgent I would recommend a more expensive (international) hospital.

Was told to show up for an appointment at 9. Came early. Didn't actually see a doctor until noon. Sat waiting all morning. No apologies. Incredibly unorganized when it comes to time and queue management.

Highly recommend Dr. Permsak Sumeksri in gynecology speciality. Great professional! Hospital is good, convenient and clean. I wasn’t prescribed too much meds, actually only 2. So everything is great!

Highly recommend their dental clinic here.have been coming here sometime and the price is reasonable and the service is really good. They even did a root canal for me which was not an easy procedure.

Hospitality, love and care too much on me when I am treated for GI problem.
I will always remember you for your kind-goodness and will pray for all of you to be healthy, wealthy and prosperous in your life.

Annual medical checkup here is horribly unreliable and the service is damn poor! Deliver huge error lab.result, and no responsibility afterward, Medical result takes 2 months not yet delivered, Poor servicing call center (at 4.18 pm, May 31,2018). Never go there again!

แย่เรื่องลานจอด มาจอดอาคารจอดแต่หาทางเข้าตัวอาคารยาก ป้ายก็ไม่มีบอก กว่าจะเจอยามถามทางเข้า คนรู้ทางก็คงจะง่าย คนไม่รู้ทางเข้าเหมือนเขาวงกตเลย ควรศึกษาทางเข้าอาคารก่อนมารักษา

World class care from caring conscientious professionals from every Trade. I have simply been blown away with the World Class care! Thank you to Doctors and Staff. I will never forget the care I received.

You have to call 20 times to make an appointment because if you don’t speak Thai they will transfer you many times and eventually hang up on you. You will also get dental assistants and dentists having a long loud chat in Thai around you while you are getting a procedure. They make you sit and wait in five different places to pay and get medicine for simple things even though there seems to be a large amount of staff sitting behind the counter.

It was very very nice. Maybe the room and view made all feel joyfull and didn t let me feel i am in a hospital but more in a home. I enjoyed meals and people caring attitude and many others.

The hospital is located in between Victory monument and SanarmPao BTS station. It takes around 7-8 mins walk from BTS.the overall service is good but can be slow sometimes.
