The service has been extraordinary over years. Khun Tham, the manager and his team have been keeping up excellent service standard. Food was great. I had juicy lamb few nights ago. Lovely place to chill out for few bottles of wine️. I sure shall visit again.

I would like clarify that my rating is not about the staff that actually is nice, but about the policy of the company that prefers make money and cut the quality of their products.
I have been there few days ago with mixed group of Italians and Thai. Well.i have been to other branch of peppina and is clear that here the company decided to use lower quality ingredients to make pizza. The dought was OK, I would say on the average (definitely not worth it for the price,) size of regular pizza is definitely ridiculous comparated with the price (almost 500 thb)
But the worst thing is that I have ordered a pizza salsiccia and friarielli, friarielli are a special kind of broccoli that grows only in Italy and I know very well that are expensive because I buy too here. So, if I pay a pizza almost 500 baht and is small, I would like find real friarielli on my pizza.as is wrote on the list.
Pizza arrived with a simple Thai vegetable (kale) stir fried with garlic and a lot of chili pepper that made pizza hard to eat because spicy taste covered everything.considering you are selling me a pizza with expensive ingredients, it would be really appreciated let me know that you are giving me the cheapest Thai vegetable at the same price of imported goods.
We also ordered a plate of pasta that no one in Italy cooks. Totally invented.
Resuming, if you want add the world Italian food next the name of your restaurant and you want sell your food for the right price, you should be sure that you are respecting Italian taste and tradition. Otherwise it would be nice add the words "my version of Italian food" and reduce all prices on your list
I'm pretty sure that peppina branches on sukhumvit will never do something like that because it would be to stupid considering are full of Italian customers, and I'm pretty sure as well that this branch uses fake ingredients because they thinks that not to many customers know real Italian food.
I suggest to give up a little bit on profit and respect real tradition.

I order rib-eye steak, pizza, duck, and few more dishes. All are excellent. The price is reasonable. Recommended.

ได้ลองไปหลายเมนูค่ะ ทั้ง caesar salad, rocket salad, baked pasta, mushroom soup และ pizza คือดีงามมากทุกๆ จานค่ะ โดยเฉพาะพิซซ่าคือเลิฟมากๆ แป้งบางๆ แต่ไม่ใช่กรอบนะคะ ออกหนึบๆ อร่อยมากมายจริงๆ ค่ะ

Good place, although it's not Italian. Service and decor is excellent, always has been. The pizza is the best thing on the menu. The salad looks great, but tastes like it was made by people who don't actually eat salad.

The pizza was a five star, then also the staff was super friendly and service minded made the all experience outstanding.

Very bad service! They got our order wrong and also took the plate and clear the table while we haven’t finished eating and there was still food on the plate?

Service needs to be improved a lot more!
So far bad experience and not recommend

Rib menu is too chewwy.meat really stick with bone, hard to bite and eat. Salad and dessert are good.

Great taste of food and always be impressed with five stars services of the manager, nice greetings as always after visiting many times in years. Keep going!

Far away from the taste of its original branch in sukhumvit only the price is same but the quality is not don't go! All Crystal park and cdc is down big style their management destroyed it all with force

Good pizza.especially its dough (you can see it being baked in the open kitchen.) Other dishes are not that good as being hyped.so we're a bit dissappointed. The price is quite upscale. (250+ for pizza and pasta could go up to 4-500 Bht!)

The decorations are good.well-lit without too much light.so somehow it can maintain the romantic feel about the place. I think it also have outdoor seating.but haven't tried as BKK weather is too warm for that!
