This was my first time getting a custom made dress and it was truly a great experience! They sent a car to my hotel to pick me up each time, I got to be very involved in picking out the fabric, and all I had to do was show them a photo of the style I wanted and they made it exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and I ended up with the perfect little black dress!

I had a wonderful experience with Penisula Tailors. I contacted them via messaging and they set up an appointment right away. Everyone was very friendly and professional. There was a large selection of fabrics and styles, and in less than 12 hours, we had a second fitting to ensure that the fit would be perfect. My suit and four pairs of pants were ready in 36 hours and were perfect.

The best bespoke shopping experience of my life. From convenient pick up and drop off for each appointment to quality fabric and competent staff, Harry and the team checked the box at every customer touch point. They worked around my ambitious schedule (was only in Bangkok for 4 days before I pushed to Phuket) and shipped my clothing back to the US in a timely fashion. Great service and product. I was referred to this shop by a very close friend. I was told to see Lucky, and he delivered a great experience. I bought a black suit, a sport jacket and two dress shirts, and two ties. All custom in only two fittings. I’ll be back to see Lucky next time I’m in Bangkok to get more custom tailored clothes.

Great value with hospitable team at Peninsula tailors. They have good attention to detail and are quick to respond via WhatsApp. We had also requested a delivery of the suits to our hotel which they offered to do for free. Worth a visit

I have to say the workmanship and the quality for the suit and pants were very good. Everything I asked for were delivered. I am a very fussy customer as I have experienced all sorts of tailors especially in Bangkok. Peninsula is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I think you get what you pay. One suggestion I would give the team is to pay more attention to the details and ask customers as much questions as possible regarding their preference. Single vent or double vent, how you like your pockets, collar, etc to look like. Each of us have our own preference. It cost you nothing to ask but could very well convince customer to place more orders on the spot. And write down everything even though you have a photographic memory. It is important to demonstrate that extra care and knowledge to overseas customers who ain’t familiar with you. I was hesitant to make the second suit and more shirts as I wasn’t sure you understand everything I wanted. But at the end of the day, you delivered and that’s all it matters.:) so well done and thank you to the team.
