Really nice gym in Ari neighborhood, Bangkok. But unfortunately quite expensive. IIRC a 1 day pass is 1000 THB (~$27 USD). The equipment and facilities are really nice and spacious tho, comparable to something like an Equinox in the US (maybe a slight step below). Locker rooms are clean and well equipped. They have pretty much everything in terms of equipment: cardio machines, cables, weight machines, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, benches, CrossFit stuff, etc. Note it’s located on the 4th floor of the Platinum Pearl building, you may want to take the elevator or escalator up.

Fitness first ที่ทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก เดินจาก BTS อารีย์ นิดเดียว เป็นสาขา platinum ที่มีเสื้อผ้าให้เปลี่ยน มีชา กาแฟ และน้ำเสิร์ฟ ชั้นแรกเน้นอุปกรณ์เล่น weight กับ cardio ส่วนชั้น 2 เป็นห้องสำหรับคลาส ไม่ใช่สาขาที่ใหญ่มากหรือใหญ่สุด แต่ตัวยิมยังค่อนข้างใหม่

I've been a member here for 2 months now.
While it's unquestionably the prettiest gym in the neighbourhood, in my opinion, the gym is not good value at all. Specifically, my experience has been let down by the following:

1. The Platinum membership comes with a towel and gym wear service.
About 50% of the time I've been to the gym, there are no small towels available (the excuse is always - "they haven't arrived yet"). The result is that now I will have to bring my own towels when I want to work out just in case there are none at the gym.

2. The gym wear available is mostly huge, with very little, if any wear that actually fits. I'm 180cm tall and 80kg, so I'm not exactly 'small'. The result is that now I bring my own gym wear so that I'm not forced to wear something that doesn't fit.

3. The locks on the lockers are defective. I highlighted this issue to the management and left my card with them as I assumed it was a problem with my card. When I next returned I was given my card back and subsequently wasted about 40 mins with one of the staff trying to get the lockers to lock and unlock properly. The issue was not fixed and the lockers continue to sometimes work, sometimes not. The result is that now I get changed in to my gym wear at home (I live nearby) and no longer try to use the lockers at all.

4. The assault bike seat height adjuster doesn't lock the seat in place. Sitting on the it can make the whole seat slide down. I pointed this out to a member of staff a few weeks ago. He played with it for a while, then gave up. It hasn't been fixed or replace as far as I can tell.

5. Poor layout: there is very little free floor space in the main gym area for stretching or ground work, especially when the gym is busy – which seems to be most of the time. Also, one of the row machines next to the window requires the user to climb around a window column to get on and off the machine!

6. I complained about the small towels not being available again this morning. I asked to see the manager to make a formal complaint and was told the manager would come at 10am and would call me. It's now 16: 30 and I still haven't received a call.

In conclusion, yes, this gym looks great, but does not deliver the full value they claim when you sign up. I will not be continuing my membership here.

If I could give less than 1star I would. They don’t allow a free trial for foreigners. I went for a try out as advertised on their website, which is a great option since my type of workout doesn’t fit in every gym since I don’t use machines. So I wanted to check out and try for a day first, and to be told bluntly that yes there is a free trial but not for foreigners is plain discrimination. I come for months to thailand every single year for work and I would never consider this place or any of its branches.

Conveniently located next to BTS station Ari. Beautiful building. The gym provides clothes, nice selection of refreshments, great selection of equipments and the staff are very friendly and available. The changing room as everything you need. Very good to keep up in shape and start or continue a fitness journey for your body and mind!

Absolutely ridiculous! Their offer if you want to go only for a month comes out to be 11235 THB or $325 USD at current exchange, either that or you are forced to get the minimum stay of 5 months, not worth it for a regular crowded gym, nothing stands out to even remotely justify that price.

Impossible to use as a traveler. They only offer 5 month memberships, or one day but it’s $25/ day, which x 1 week or 1 month would be ridiculous - $750 per month

The gym itself would also be nice, but they are taking in too many customers for the number of machines and for the floor space available. As a result, the gym is always packed full during rush hours, with limited or no access to machines and floor space. Dishonest and greedy practices make this gym really no value for money.it’s a pity but it makes no sense to pay subscriptions for a place you cannot really use from 5 to 8pm

It’s located on the 4th floor of the building Pearl Bangkok. Free 3hrs parking if stamp parking card. It has 2 floors and you need to step up a lot to go to locker room which is located on the 2nd floor. It has good view to see BTS train and skyscrapers. Everything still look new!

I like its architecture. Exercise here gathering with its atmosphere are very motivational. Motivation is true services I get from this place.

Very high climbing to the building, 4 floors. Using elevator is recommend.

Next climbing is to go to changing room and toilet, super off from machine workout area.

Fusion class are trained in undesignated area, need to avoid other member and obstacles yourself.

Other was good.

One of the latest clubs open by Fitness First chain back in 2019, the two-storey club offers a moderate size weight training areas but equipped with slightly big group exercise studio and a yoga studio. However, there only thing I don’t appreciate is that there are so many steps between the two storey (you don’t actually need a warm up exercise)

Not crowded and equipments are very new. There is locker room/shower and change of cloth is provided for members.

การจัดการที่จอดมอไซฯแย่มาก​ ค่าจอด20บาท​ ไปติดต่อไม่นานก็ไม่มีที่จอดรถ​ น่าจะแยกกลุ่มผู้มาติดต่อกับคนที่ทำงานบนตึกให้ดีหน่อย

Great facility and convenient location. Can get crowded at peak time after work. Some people find it cold, but it's better than too hot.

Quite crowded in the evening, and the class is always packed with too many people. What I don't like about this place is that
- they don't limit the number of people to join class, so some class is just too crowded and you couldn't exercise properly
- they tried to sell the class too much that they are acting like the insurance broker or credit card issuer
- if you bought the personal trainer class, they give you 3 classes with the first time is waste on the questionaire and interview
