Payak Muay Thai is a great gym if you want one on one coaching from an experienced fighter. I've been coming here for 2 years and training with Nicky. He's had over 100 Pro fights, he's a fantastic coach and he's fun to train with. I started out as a compete beginner and I've learnt a lot from him. Great gym for people of any level of experience or fitness. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Been going here almost a year now. Coach Nicky is one of the coolest guys I’ve met in Thailand and he knows his stuff. Super relaxed environment, fairly priced, never more than 3 or 4 students at a time (and normally only 2), and all coaching is done one on one. Feels very personal. Definitely a low key gym worth your time, I couldn’t be happier with it
I've been with Nicky for two and a half years. He is a fantastic trainer and the friendliest guy you will meet. If you are looking for somewhere to learn Muay Thai, get fit, build up your strength and flexibility or just take out some agression, there's no better place! Nicky is flexible and will adapt and personalise every session for you. He does one-on-one as well as group sessions and will help you improve, no matter your level of fitness or experience. Come down and give it a go!
