Patty's Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service

The promised pick-up time was not kept properly and I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Because of that, my travel plans were disrupted (opening time is said to be 10 o'clock, but it doesn't seem to be followed very well).
Moreover, the laundry smelled and the quality of the laundry itself was not very good.

Laundry is advertised with 50 Baht/kg, but they asked immediately 70 Baht because we needed the clothes on the next day and Sunday is officially closed. Ok for me. We were asked to bring our clothes at 10am Saturday. We brought the clothes at the scheduled time, but the shop was closed. We were told on Line to leave the bag behind the shop and will get it on the next day at 10am. We made a photo of the bag and asked for confirmation. Never got an answer. On the next day the shop was empty again on 10am. Big problem for us, since we were leaving in the afternoon to another district. We wrote in Line, called and wrote SMS, no answer. We finally reached the boss who was pissed that we talked to an employee before directly - we just called the number in maps! The employee called later, apologizing that she slept too long. In the end we got the bag at 4pm delivered to the hotel, but were asked 50 Baht extra for a distance of about 50m between shop and Hotel (we were not in the Hotel when we received the call that the laundry is finally done). Since we were already in a hurry to leave, we could not check the laundry. On the next day arriving at the new hotel we discovered one shirt had a rip of about 30cm in length. Very bad service, very unfriendly.
After i wrote this review, I got an answer here on reviews, that it was all our fault, the employee was in hospital (yes, the employee that called us and apologized that she overslept) my review is rude and I will get sued (!) because they did not destroy the shirt. Please judge for yourself, just read my over 1300 reviews, which are mostly 4-5 stars and not one is rude or unfriendly.

I was 100% satisfied with the service. Efficient, fast and inexpensive. Look for a small prefab box squeezed between big buildings and constructions or you could walk by it and never know it was there:)

Would NOT recommend - they admitted to overcharging me but then failed to pay me back.

If you're looking for laundry service, I recommend to use Super White Laundry or Fongfab Laundry instead. Much more professional, consistent, and have never overcharged me.

Used this service for a couple months. Was content with the service for the most part. A small mix-up where laundry wasn't ready on time, but I allow some flexibility in Thailand, and the owner was gracious in that case.

But I noticed that my bill was creeping upward even though the amount of laundry I was doing wasn't changing. Turns out they were "accidentally" charging me for more kg of laundry than I was giving them. Owner got very defensive and angry when I pointed this out. You can see her angry responses to other customers she's jilted.

I asked that she give me back the money they overcharged (really scammed from me) and she said she would return it. That was a week ago and she's ignored all of my followup messages since then.

Great laundry service. Dropped off clothes on a Wednesday just before lunch and was told they would be ready on Friday. The clothes were returned to me on time, neatly folded, and without any strong smell of detergent/fabric softener that you get from so many laundry shops. My clothes were just sparkling clean and ready to wear. Easy and affordable, this is a great shop!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I handed in 9kg clothes brand new and fresh clothes. When I got them back, most of them were completely destroyed with various stains in dark blue, blue, dark gray and pink large spots. I told the owner and she does not give the money back but asks me to return the clothes again, which of course I am not comfortable with.in addition, I myself have tried to wash off the stains with vanish for stains especially but it remains. She said they used white softener and detergent which I do not believe. I'm so disappointed some of the clothes cost a lot of money.

DO NOT USE THIS LAUDNDRY SERVICE AT ANY COST. COMPLETELY DERSTOYED MY FAVORITE PIECE OF CLOTHES. WASHED ALL MY CLOTHES TOGETHER UNDER HOT TEMPERATURE, MAKING THEM SHRING TO A CHILD SIZE AND DYING ALL MY WHITE TOPS INTO PINK. I ONLY DISCOVERED WHEN LANDED IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY AND OPENED THE BAG. ABSOLUTE DISGRASE!

Quick service. I dropped off at 10am. They told me to come back at 5 next day. I went during lunch instead and it was already finished.

Store is not open on time. Suppose to open at 8: 30 on Monday morning, but I have been waiting for almost an hour. Have a plan to catch today. I might have to leave without my clothes. (Someone finally came at 9: 25, and I am on my way to the airport) I think I will make my flight) I would give this place a 4 stars if the shop can open on time.

Washing and ironing is good but service is terrible. Three examples so you get the idea 1) pick up on Tuesday as per receipt. I show up at 915am. Shop is locked (opening hours are from 8am)
2) I show up end of day to pick up as per schedule but staff forgot to Iron.need 15 min more wait
3) I give 12 shirts to iron on Monday and pick up I schedule 5 days later so they have time to do it. Nope. I show up at noon and "please come later maybe 2pm". Recommended for people with endless time.

Excellent service! Very professional, responded quickly, and did a great job on our clothes. Will definitely use their services again.

Excellent quality and service - and the beat: the only one we found who actually still does bag wash in that residential area and not only dry cleaning. So if you have been traveling for some weeks and like a bag wash - head here. 1kg for 50 baht only for wash and fold.

Due to a terrible oversight on my part, i failed to notice Patty was closed for a few days over the holidays. I reached out to her and found out she was overseas. Nevertheless, she was able to find a way to get me my laundry! Amazing service.

Did a good job with my laundry at a much cheaper price than my hotel was offering. Close to Ekamai station!

Very good service The clothes were very good. Pick-up and delivery was so prompt and effortless. Patty is very helpful and communicative. I gave more money by mistake she made extra effort to return it to me. Really admire the quality work and honesty.

They weight the clothes with their plastic container which adds more kilo to the actual weight and they charge you 50 baht for it! Nonsense

Very good laudry and cheap! Left 5kg in the morning, was ready for 5pm and only 60thb/kg for same day.
All my clothes were folded. I just lost 1 sock but that can happens.
I recommand.

Very bad experience. A white shirt and white short were ruined with other colors they must have washed my clothes with. They did not say anything when giving back the clothes.
