PASTAIOLI Emsphere

I really wanted a delicious, home-y bowl of pasta and unfortunately this did not meet my expectations this time Although the staff are lovely and I could order/pay online, the food brought down the rating. I ordered the amatriciana, which with pork is meant to be salty, but this felt like I was eating WAY too much salt. The pasta (made fresh) itself was nice, chewy and with a good texture, but the sauce was bad. I’m saddened by this time but hope to try a different one next time if I go again Sorry! Thanks!

มาซ้ำอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was better than I expected. What was especially attractive was that you could choose the fresh pasta noodles. However, there is limited space to sit and eat in the store.

Small portion and bland taste with super pricey for one dish. This AOP is basically 250thb (quite normal in Bangkok CBD) and if you choose to add shrimp, it will cost extra 100thb. Absolutely, its affordable and reasonable enough to have something altogether not only the noodle with olive oil.

Unfortunately, what I got was disappointed. It looks like a cup of cereal for children

Authentic pasta, properly cooked and very tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love the fact that you can see them preparing the fresh pasta.

Real Carbonara pasta: crispy guanciale, al dente pasta and perfectly balance taste.
Will be back to try more. This dish was outstanding.

Great italian pasta, authentic made in front if you! Place is new so clearly some things can be improved!

Pasta ตัวทรัฟเฟิลรสชาติเฉยมาก ค่อนไปทางไม่อร่อย มีดีแค่ให้ทรัฟเฟิลแค่นั้น แต่ปรุงออกมาไม่เข้ากันเลย แพง ไม่คุ้มกับคุณภาพ

I orders carbonara today. It was like a nightmare, Small portion, taste so so, unstable order system, waiters were not bad, but a waitress received deficient training. Also, the price was not reasonable.

Original Italian fresh pasta with well balanced source. Pasta I ordered were definitely delicious but online order system is not comfortable for me and hall area is too small.

Worst pasta place ever, overpriced and bad taste. Attached is picture of my sad looking 400 THB pasta.
