ดีตรงที่จอดรถมากพอ (มีตึกจอดรถ) มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ สถานเสริมความงาม และอื่นๆ

Park Lane Community Mall, Ekkamai area, a collection of shops from famous celebrities, large amulet shops, restaurants, hair salons, clinics, beauty salons, dental clinic, compact store, such as max value, etc. It is convenient for residents of that area, including office staff who work nearby. Parking is available.

We come here every weekend. My kids learn with their tutor here. The place are lack of good shops, despite of having a good location.

Pretty quiet place, but good location. Not so far from BTS Eakamai. Not many shops and restaurant.
The parking building is quite dark and desolated, but great to have elevator available.

Small shopping place with limited parking, you got to take to adjacent building. Some of the restaurants are good

เข้า-ออก ได้ 2 ทาง ทั่งฝั่งเอกมัย และสุขุมวิท 26 มี Maxvalue ร้านกาแฟ 1st ทางเข้าฝั่งเอกมัย มีป้ายรถเมล์อยู่ข้างหน้า

พักอยู่คอนโดติด park lane ปกติจะนำรถไปจอดที่คอนโด แล้วเดินกลับมาซื้อของ+ทานอาหาร เพราะไม่สามารถหาที่จอดได้
แต่ช่วงหลังมีการเก็บค่าผ่านทางครั้งละ 20 บาท ตั้งแต่นั้นไม่เคยแวะเข้าไปเลย
ไหนๆก็ต้องออกปากซอย 63 เพื่อเลี้ยวเข้าซอย 61 เข้าคอนโด สู้เลี้ยวเข้าซอยทองหล่อ ทานอาหาร+ซื้อของแล้วค่อยกลับคอนโดดีกว่าเยอะ
อาจเนื่องจากมีผู้ผ่านทางมาก น้ำใจที่เคยเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ก็หมดไป กลายเป็นธุรกิจไปแทน

We used to shop here all the time until they decided to change 20B to drive through. How stupid. We now take our business and eating out elsewhere.

0.1ดาวพอครับ แย่มากแค่ขับผ่านก็เสีย20 ไปจอดบนตึกต้องเริ่มนับใหม่ น่าจะให้ขับผ่านเพื่อไปจอดบนตึกฟรีน่ะครับ เพราะป้ายยังติดไว้ว่าฟรี30นาที ไม่งั้นเข้าข่ายหลอกลวงครับ

แย่มาก เดี๋ยวนี้ขึ้นค่าจอด ปกติจะขับทะลุไปจอดบนอาคารจอดรถได้ตลอด เพราะฟรี15นาทีแรก นี้ต้องมานั่งเสียเงินค่าผ่านทาง20บ เพราะที่จอดข้างล่าง (นอกตึก) ไม่มี ทั้งๆที่ผมก็มากินข้าวในร้านของโครงการ ขอฝากให้เจ้าของโครงการไปคิดดูหน่อย ถ้าไม่งั้นผมจะขอไม่มาใช้บริการที่นี้แล้ว

มีอาคารจอดรถที่จอดได้ถึง 300 คัน อัตราค่าจอดรถ 20 บาทต่อชั่วโมง สามารถ Stamp เมื่อซื้อของ ร้านค้า เช่น Maxvalu จอดรถฟรี 3 ชั่วโมง ขึ้นลงอาคารก็สะดวก พนักงานก็บริการดี

A mid-size community mall in the Ekamai area with a decent selection of restaurants and shops. There’s plenty of parking space. Some shops went out of business and got replaced by new ones as this mall doesn’t get much traffic. Still, it’s ben around for quite a while now. They have a nice European style decoration, making it a nice spot for photos.

Good set lunch comes with salad, soup, rice and creamy chawanmushi. The sushi and sashimi are moderate quality and a bit pricy.

Good food and good ambient. But lack the five stars treatment. The staffs are not attentive enough. If they could pay more attention to check to see what their customers want, that would be superb. Took me 5 min to get their attention for my bill.

ร้านอยู่กันไม่ได้จะไปกันหมดละ เหลือไม่กี่ร้าน แมกซ์แวลูก็ของน้อย ปล่อยรถผ่านเป็นทางลัดจากเอกมัยออกสุขุมวิท คนในซอยเดือดร้อน เพราะรถที่ใช้เป็นทางลัด ชอบสวนเลนออกจากซอย จนรถเข้าซอยไม่ได้.

A few nice shops and small Tops supermarket with imported foods, but very limited parking. An small outdoor/indoor pub open evenings. Take a taxi or walk from BTS Ekamai.

Nice and quiet small community mall. Also beautiful decoration, but getting old due to insufficient maintenance.

Shopping complex where included a variety of shop ex japanese res.cafe teashop nailshop supermarket and else. Parking is available

คนเยอะมาก แถมในซอย ยังมีรถเข็นส่งของ เกะกะมากค่ะ ต้องเดินอย่างนะมัดระวังตัว และ กระเป๋าค่ะ หลีกได้ ก้ออย่าเข้าซอยเลยค่ะ
