Great fun for everyone. Perfect for a group of friends or family who want to try something new. Everything to do with painting is provided and there is a guide who coaches you through the process. Everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

I couldn't go as this day I get period and it was hurting soo much.
I called them and ask to move it to next day and they didn't want to cancel or to change it so I paid anyway,
Really unfair and not commercial at all while I spent more than 6K there before and I was a customer.
After this for sure I will not come back.

I would 100% recommend you go visit paintbar! Honestly I had such an amazing time and my friends did too! It’s perfect for bonding and catching up with your friends whilst taking part in an activity too! Deffo deffo recommend! The artists/ instructors are so so so friendly and so kind and helpful and make you feel really comfortable! It’s such a fun thing to do! Thank you so much for making our visit memorable ️️️

Great place to find your inner creativity with guided painting sessions along with some beverages and food. We enjoyed our time for a team bonding session and we’re pleasantly surprised how they made it easy for us to paint and also have fun at the same time.

Good way to relax by painting. Instructors always there to recommend and help you to have beautiful painting. No basic is needed. Parking is limited. Located in 6th floor.

Like many other comments, the administrator on LINE lacks professionalism, and the policy of this place has no flexibility for those who unexpectedly fall sick last minute. This place takes advantage of customers at its finest, and they are not able to take care of their customers due to insufficient staff.

Love this place! No need to have art background as they have instructors who can help and guide you step by step. Easy to understand. Good vibes for paint and sip here?

Nice place for painting. People with no background of art can try this one. Thrust me I've tried. But if you have only 2 hrs for finishing arts it's sound quite herring and may not get that relax mood.

Good marketing, but few care about the client once you pay the money. First of all, we booked a session for 2 and my friend got food poisoning which is something unpredictable and can happen to anyone. When i wrote to their line to ask to postpone it the answer was rude no. I was not asking for the refund, i asked to change the day but they didn't seem to care. I had to urgently find another person to do with, otherwise i was loosing 100% of my money. You may tell me about terms and conditions, i understand, but you also have to be human and customer orientated. And second. Once we were there, no1 even said hi to us. They assigned us the table and straight away started to push us to change the drawing to upsell. They asked like 4 times lol. And during the experience assistants were coming from time to time to help, but they were not friendly, smiley or anything like that. We just drew out pic and went home. Won't repeat

Amazing painting experience. Everyone including beginners are welcomed. The staffs were very friendly and was willing to help with our paintings. Highly recommended for everyone.

Overall fine experience on the painting part. Staff was attentive and helpful. They teach you from the beginning and that helps to make your painting look good. For a beginner, I think 2 hour session is a bit too short. When there were more customers, not even at their max capacity, there wasn't enough attention to each of the customer. Seems like it could be understaff sometimes.

The worst thing for this place and it is a reason we will not go back is the admin who replies to LINE chat. It is only way you can make reservation and communicate to them. You cannot call. The admin is rude, unprofessional, and don't have any customer service skills. The wording used was unpleasant, and that left bad and annoyed feeling to us.

-ขั้นแรกจองก่อน ดูวันที่สะดวกหรือรูปที่อยากวาด ถ้าวาดรูปประจำวัน ราคา799 บาท (ต้องรีบโอนไม่งั้นเต็มเร็วมาก) ถ้าอยากได้รูปอื่น+300 จะเก็บเพิ่มทีหลัง
-ขั้นที่สอง เดินทางมาbts พร้อมพงษ์หรือทองหล่อก็ได้ นั่งวิน30-40บาท มาลงพิมาน49 เดินไม่ได้จริงๆอย่าหาทำ จะเจอตึกแดงๆขายไวน์ หาทางเข้า ขึ้นลิฟต์มาชั้น6 จะเจอเลย ควรมาตรงเวลา อย่ามาก่อน เพราะไม่มีที่รอ หน้าร้านร้อนมากกกก
-ขั้นที่สาม ถึงเวลาก็มานั่งวาดได้เลย จะมีพี่ๆมาสอนแล้วให้เราค่อยๆทำแต่ละส่วน ไม่ได้มานั่งจี้หรือกดดัน ทำเลอะเดี๋ยวเเก้ให้ ไม่ต้องตกใจ ที่เหลือปล่อย go with the flow~ 2ชม. ผ่านไปไวมาก
-สุดท้ายวาดเสร็จ ถ่ายรูป จะถอดหน้ากากหรือไม่ถอดก็ได้ แต่ระหว่างทำใส่หน้ากากตลอดทุกคน แล้วใส่ถุงพลาสติกกลับบ้านนนน

Overrated place and a little too expensive but the scenery is quite nice. Staffs are adequate and the equipments are superb in my opinion, but once again, overrated.

Kinda disappointed that I wasn’t able to move my slot to a later time in the day on a Monday too, because of a hospital emergency. I would’ve even brought hospital certification for proof, but they didn’t care. So I wasn’t able to make it and paid for nothing. There were obviously availability for the next slots but they still wanted me to pay the full amount.

Been coming here for years and felt like this was not accommodating at all… such a shame.

My boyfriend who has no art skills did enjoyed the activity, and for me I did enjoyed in the beginning since there were so many helpful staffs come and teach me what is the next step will be (and they tried not to paint on my painting). This is my first time with acrylic painting which I got some useful basic techniques from them. Furthermore, the staffs there are friendly and service minded.

However, 2 star is deducted because my time was ruined by a staff who painted on my painting which I didn’t ask for help. (and It was a big part of my painting and I need to cover it up later because it was not what I planed to do)

I did completely understand that they have to rush to finish the painting by 2 hours but at least the staff should have asked me for a permission before painting on mine.

Amazing experience that i recommend to everyone, even beginner they will teach you how to do it also! Great time for relax and discover new skills also ‍

A truly fun experience with excellent training. As part of the package they’ll provide a sample painting to try and copy. The Paint Box Team will guide you in mixing colours and stroke technics. They are so friendly, gentle and encouraging.
