Even though we have Oskars in Phnom Penh a trip to BKK is never complete without a visit to soi 11!

Came for drinks and they tasted really good - got a mexican mule and a 1800 coconut reserve shot.

Nice atmosphere, high standard and class.
Feels exclusive and overall maintains a high level.

Great bar and restaurant with plenty of food and drink options, right in the heart of Sukhumvit! Most dishes were tasty especially their pizza (try their truffle parma) and wedges and salad. Food came very very fast too!

Service is quite slow and servers tend to forget to serve what you order, food is average and drinks seems to have 3: 1 ratio of mixers to alcohol.

Wonder why Oskar is the favorite spot of ho@kers…otherwise food is correct but unfortunately cocktails taste cheap…using poor ingredients…need to hire high skilled mixologists that Oskar deserves.

Good bar/restaurant to chill out when not too crowded…

I like the music here house electric music, food also great and the drink my favorite is chocolate martini, I can’t find in any restaurants but here!

Was a nice experience, heavy bass music, the staffs were polite and friendly, recommended me Cherry Blossom Sour that matched my taste, would love to go back for more

Tourist trap and miniatura portions of TomYum. Alcohol overpriced. Decent service in interesting área.

Bad value for money. Small portions and average taste, but high prices. It’s a place for tourists.

The Oscar Bar Staff know every trick in the book to short change you at the bar. Specially later in the night when they think you are drunk. Be careful and watch closely what notes you are handing over the bar to the bar staff and count your change. They know all the tricks.good bar apart from that. I caught them on 3 different occasions having a go at setting me up for a short change. It's nicely done when you see how they work it. Aside from the short changing it's a Good atmosphere and a fun bar, good food, and good music.

Ordered a medium steak and received it rare with no effort to fix the situation, for pretty much 1,000 baht you expect better. My girlfriend was happy with her food though, maybe I just got unlucky.

The bouncer was very rude. Not only he did not let me go inside, but he also did not even let me take a look at inside from outside. He could not speak English at all

Was not let in because of short sleeves of my shirt.
This while at least a dozen absolutely naked people were let in, totally disgusting.
All I wanted wat a stake dinner with some wine.
Be aware not to go this place.

Great music as always. Matured chill out crowd. No youngsters drunk nonsense. A good place for a beer and dinner. Definitely one of the best place to hang out on Soi 11.

Experience marred by the foolish and irritating dress code. I would consider going back when they change it.

The place has a large selection of cheap wine and even cheaper cocktails made with low rung booze, not that you can taste it over the mixers. All to the beat of super bass from awful remixes. Don't come here if you like talk to your companions. Do come here if you love overpaying for cocktails of mostly mixers.

Good bar to meet girls. The cocktail not so good. I ordered a Manhatten but they used cheap ingridient like cheap cherry liquer and cheap cherry.for the price they should upscale the liquer a bit.

Always good quality food and excellent service with reasonable prices sometimes music can be too loud but manager quickly fixes it if dj plays too loud.

Range of food is excellent and the quality is fantastic. Really enjoyed oysters, wagyu beef, salmon tartare rolls, tuna tartare, great cocktails. You need to book, otherwise you wont get a table.
