People amazing, rooms very comfy, breakfast buffet was a bit cold if you like your breakfast early as I think the beans would heat up in the bain Marie, location very good right next to Holland and USA embassies so high level of security, also there is a handy 24 hour shop straight across the road.

The location of this hotel is inconvenient. Bangkok traffic is pretty bad and many times we had to wait 20 minutes for a taxi. The hotel sits in front of the main road which is heavily congested. I recommend staying closer to Central world area. Secondly the staff competence is a hit or miss. The valet seemed irritated alot of the times. The rooms are a bit dated and needs improvement. Overall we would not recommend this hotel.

Luxury place, great service, the room is good condition, great facilities, the breakfast is very superb. More comfortable and lovely place to stay both for business & leisure.

Beware of this hotel. Their prices are misleading. I was charged for breakfast when booking and then made to pay it again on check out. Management acknowledge the issue but refuse to rectify.

One cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is big to have all services needed but not enough to become noisier and impersonal. Well designed but not ostentatious. As the rooms, all you need, ours even had cooking facilities and pleasant views over the park. Being quiet in the centre of BKK priceless. If I have to find a fault is its breakfast. I could not find my favourite muesli. The one offered was way over worked, but then I am fussy about these things.

Very well design and decoration. Great service with very clean and comfortable. My family were delighted and feel like home while stay there for more than a year.

Even sometimes you will feel uncomfortable with trainees or part time stuff at high-season, the manager could smoothly handle.

A little bit disappointed about the service (they dont even introduce the facility) and the room is not exactly clean, wifi is not very stable
(well, might be we are so picky just personal opinion)

One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Rooms are extremely spacious and feels more like your own private 1 bedroom apartment. The breakfast buffet spread is excellent though the food to order off the menu or room service is just okay. Better to go into the city for better flavors and authentic Thai food and other meals. Staff are very friendly and overall ambience is great.

My first time staying here (since it is a new). The experience was better than I expected. Service is great, and the rooms are awesome. A 5-10 min walk to the BTS or Metro, which is fine for me but worth knowing. I’ll stay again.

Staffs are really nice. Facilities are just a little bit outdated but well managed. Lacks of welcome fruits = minus 1 star. I visited 6 yrs ago, I loved their welcome fruits but it's gone now.

Great residence both daily & monthly stay. Really good view from our own rm with best location in downtown of Bangkok. Good malls, offices, restaurants, hotels and public parks in a min away.
The best thing for this place is that it has 2 Michelin star restaurant “Savelberg” at ground level near Vidhayu rd.

Really great. Room is so comfortable and the pillow is so great. There are kitchen and separate bedroom.

Spacious and well maintained 2-bedroom suites. Excellent breakfast spread. Complimentary shuttle (private car) service to BTS station.

Located on wireless road, in between 2 embassies. Easy to reach by BTS. Less parking lots and super duper narrow

Luxurious rooms with beautiful views over embassy grounds towards Ploenchit. Very professional staff. Nice pool, partially covered, with cozy cabanas.

Good: Big rooms. Friendly Staff. Nice pool. Quiet location.
Not so good: Water flow of the shower not strong enough. Water temperature difficult to adjust. Breakfast@Claire Café only good for the first day. The quality were just not as good for the remaining three days.
