The worst branch of Oriental Princess.
From the point of view of the purposes and from the point of view of the employee.
As I asked her, not all the items are available.in the Hua Hin branch more. She replied to him and said go to Hua Hin then.
Lack of respect from an employee who is supposed to be smiling and performing nicely, but not every employee is respected
LOTS of cosmetic goodies here for yourself or that special person. Not drastically over priced like many similar shops, but based only on the selections I made. The staff is a mix of helpful and standoffish. If you don't like the person you are dealing with, just switch and you will be fine.
Good products but sometimes you will not find what you want because they are mostly out of stock.
Affordable and wide selection. Friendly service, discounts available for tourists if you show your passport.
I visit Bangkok every 2 years for holidays yet Oriental princess are my favorite products and I always get them as a gift from family and friends never been to the shop to buy. I am very disappointed with the 1st visit experience I had in MBK oriental princess store 3rd floor the seller was so rude! And she semi yelled at me when I asked her a question about the travel size kit and she is trying to tell me that they are only for show not for sell but in a louder tone! As a tourist I expected to be treated politely like all Thai people do.
The products are almost out of stock which is not worthy to visit the shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone for such bad experience and I recommend to buy the products online.
There was a rude sale girl in the 3rd floor of MBK. Doesn't know how to talk politely with customer. She is angry when we entered the shop. Big fan of oriental princess but customer service sucks. Need more improvement in customer service. Thanks
