This is a really friendly and beautiful optician.
I bought the glasses at a very cheap price. I really recommend it. I highly recommend it.

Excellent optical shop. Extremely professional, very friendly, very stable staff. I had an issue with a manufacturing default on Varilux lense: claim was handled with no discussion. Been customer for 10 years and will continue as long as they keep on with the excellent job.

Service was good and professional.
Sales rep & optician spoke sufficient English. Price was good.

I have a pair of glasses done here. The glasses was perfect. Service was excellence. I only buy one glasses here but they help me to adjust and change the nosepad every glasses I have. Optician who checked my eyes was very helpful and answer me every questions.

Very nice people. And very happy with my new oaks too. They do have some decent discounts. They even went out of their way to repair my old frames. I’ll be going back for all my optometry needs.

My glasses was perfect and was just what I expected even my prescription is very strong. I had an astigmatism almost 300 with a strong shortsighted.

The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable.
I highly recommend opticana iconsiam.
Will come back here again next time

ครั้งสุดท้ายที่มาร้านนี้คือ 11 ปีที่แล้ว พศ 2552 ตั้งแต่ชื่อร้านยังเป็นวังแว่น ตั้งอยู่บนชั้น 4 ของอาคารสีลมคอมเพล็กซ์ พนักงานของร้านจำข้าพเจ้าได้ ทักทายชื่ออย่างถูกต้อง พอเล่าถึงปัญหาของแว่นตาที่ใส่อยู่ปัจจุบันช่างก็นำไปแก้ไขให้ทันที หลังจากนั้นก็ตรวจวัดสายตาเพื่อประกอบแว่นใหม่ ความเอาใจใส่ดูแลระดับมืออาชีพจริงๆ ต่อมาสักครู่ลูกสาวเจ้าของร้านเข้ามา เธอดั่งทูตสวรรค์ส่งมา อธิบายให้ความรู้เรื่องกรอบและเลนส์ระดับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเลย ที่สำคัญปรับลดราคาให้อีกต่างหาก ที่สุดของการบริการจริงๆ อยากตัดแว่นตาและได้รับบริการระดับ VIP เชิญที่ร้านนี้ Opticana ร้านแว่นตาระดับหกดาว

Opticana offers many choice of glasses to choose. I had a pair of silhouette frame with a lens special for computer. Love it.
