I was looking for spicfic Omega speed master dail color, special thx to Nongulx. J which she help me the service was 5 star and quick after few days i decide to buy strap she help me 2 also will.

Took my omega seamaster here as the crown accidentally came loose so got a little condensation inside. After a few hours told me that the condensation was removed and everything OK. Later after having a shower the watch was completely full of condensation. Called the shop back and was told that the technician had recommended that I take the watch back to the UK to resolve the gasket problem as it was under a previous overhaul warranty. This is a lie as was told that everything was OK. As the technician removed the back of the watch a water test should have been performed, this was obviously not the case and have now escalated a previous minor problem.
If I had been told there was a gasket problem I would have taken the necessary actions to resolve it and not wore the watch until resolved. After sending pictures of my watch to the shop that was when I was told about a possible gasket problem. Expect better from omega or maybe its just this one shop.

Well, I'm just a Thai customer who happen to visit the shop with my wife and kids (2yrs old)

I am sadly to say that i have a very bad experiences on this shop.

We both (my wife, and me) struggling on opening the heavy doors with our kids tolley. Which approximately 6-8 crews just standing and watch.do nothing.

I did as to see the product (omega speed master) which its ok if the product was all sold out and I need to be waiting list for a while.

But since my wife was trying to solving the issue by asking, if any other branches have this product? Especially asking about branch Duty Free.the crew seem to ignor and say "dont know"

Im very positive that on this 2022 years, our technology is far more advance enough to pickup the phone and dedicate the "Standing Still, Killing time" and call to check with another shop.

Its far more poor services that the Street food services to offer.

Very dissappoint.

Very dissapointed with my recent experience in Siam Paragon Omega Boutique on 01.07.2022. I was interested with the new 2022 release "SMP 300M Diver Green Dial" and i walked into this boutique to ask about this specific piece to see it in real if possible. In fact, before i visited this boutique, i went to their other branch at Central Embassy Shopping Mall to check whether this watch is available or not. Anyway, the Central Embassy boutique didn't have this new dial to show so i asked them to check if Siam Paragon boutique have this watch or not, so i could see in real before i decided to buy. Central Embassy staff told me that Siam Paragon boutique already have the watch but reserved for customer. Then i visited the Siam Paragon boutique within 45 minute to ask them may i see the piece in real but "no need to try"! The lady at boutique whom i don't know her name told me, they don't have this watch in stock yet and i need to register for the waiting list. Then i asked her "are you sure about you don't have this watch yet? " Again she answered by "yes I'm sure". Then i told her about the call from Central Embassy branch and told her i already confirmed by your staff that you have this piece in boutique now. She got little shocked at first and then she told me to wait a while while she brings the watch! This was a non-sincere and lie based experience at Omega boutique for the first time for me. Normally, Omega boutiques are quite famous with their customer oriented service levels around the world, but the case was totally opposite in this boutique! They seem like they don't want to serve you unless you are a Thai, although i told her I'm living in Bangkok and i already registered to a waiting list 2 months ago on April for this piece. Conclusion, i don't want to be their customer and don't want to buy even a service from this low level minded boutique! Better i would go to Singapore for a real Omega experience! Omega Thailand experience truly sucks.

Your normal omega boutique. Not a lot of selections, but good enough to get a grasp of the brand. Sales staff are not pushy as well.

Sent the watch to fix for like a month before they can call back to say that I need to confirm that I want to fix it since they have to import a part to change. It has been 2 months since the whole process started. They still can't tell me the status of the watch and just keep repeatingly tell me how their process work. Everytime I called the staff raise his/her voice and talk behind my back which I happened to hear since they're still holding the phone. Totally didn't expect this standard of service from a brand like this.
