Unorganized serving flow. Slow service. Need to call for our food a couple times, ending canceling the order.

The staff at the frontdesk just told us that the restaurant is already closed…one hour and ten minutes before closing time…cause probably lazy to have more customers…. Hope the owner of branch can read it to see how his staff work
Terrible organizing

Totally disappointed with current quality of food here. I used to enjoy their mixed salad quite a lot but now the whole bowl of mixed salad is full of cheap green veggies, with less variety. It’s sad that they couldn’t live up with the standard. I definitely wouldn’t eat here again. Customer service is quite bad too. Doesn’t worth the hype, doesn’t worth waiting the long line.

มาถึง 20.31น last order คือ 20.30 พนักงานยืนยันว่าสั่งอาหารไม่ได้ เดินทางมาไกล หาที่จอดรถยาก ฝนตก รถติด เสียความรู้สึกมาก

Unfortunately a very interesting plant based menu let down by consistently bad service. Waited 30 minutes to be told the dish I ordered was sold out.
My partner had already finished eating their food so we just left.
Second visit, same service.

Extremely famous, two hour wait organic salad shop but failed in adapting customer'a dietary/allergic reqirements after double checking (might resulted from the language barrier - saying yes before understanding) it's not an attitude and standard an 'organic' place should have.

170 baht red water with cut watermelon - they call it juice
Chicken avocado - random stuff with little main ingredients.
Food itself seemed fresh, but feels like you get random stuff for your order. Disappointed

พนักงานบางคนใส่ใจลูกค้าดี​ ถามข้อเสนอแนะ​ คำติชมกับรายการอาหารที่ออเดอร์ไป​ และบอกจะนำไปปรับปรุงพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้น
ส่วนอีกเรื่องที่ควรจะปรับปรุง​ คือ​ พนักงานแคชเชียร์ทำงานช้ามากๆๆๆๆ​ เรียกเก็บเงินทีไร​ รอนานมากจริงๆ

ไปใช้บริการเมื่อวันที่ 17 พ. ย. 2564 พุธที่แล้วนี่เอง โดยเคยกินที่เชียงใหม่ 2-3 ครั้ง แต่เป็นครั้งแรกที่สาขาใน กทม. เห็นคนรอเยอะทุกวันแม้จะเปิดมาพักใหญ่แล้ว ก็คิดว่าต้องดีแน่ๆ แต่พอชิมแล้วค่อนข้างเฟล มาไล่กันเป็นเรื่องๆ

บรรยากาศ: ที่แพง ก็จะแออัดนิดหน่อย

อาหาร: เป็นร้านที่ผักดี&ผลไม้เยอะ ดู healthy ในส่วนรสชาติของแต่ละเมนูนั้น.

@ สลัดเเซลมอนซิมิกับมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้: เมนูนี้ดี

@ มันบดมิโซะ: เราไม่ได้ชิม แต่คนกินบอกว่าอร่อย

การบริการ: ไม่ถึงกับแย่แต่ก็ไม่ค่อยดี ดูงงๆ แต่ช่วงนี้เป็นกันหลายที่ ทำใจ

ราคา: ค่อนข้างแพง

Today i don't like a table that i got cos so close the front door, the food were healthy but only cheese ball so bad thick dough

Long queue and very popular. I guess that's why they can't manage quality of each dish. I've got raw avocado in my salad. Serving is big size don't order too much

The food and salad are fresh. Big servings. Generous amount of side-dish salad.
This branch is quite small compare to other branches I had been.

อาหารอร่อยมากๆค่ะ เราชอบไปตอนไม่ใช่Peak hour แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าพนักงานไม่พอเป็นปกติ หรือเทรนพนักงานไม่ดีมั้ย น้ำแอร์หยดใส่โต๊ะ ขอเปลี่ยน ก็คือ ให้ยกของทุกอย่างเอง ไม่มีพนักงานมาบริการใดๆ ตอนว่างๆพนักงานยืนคุยกัน โบกมือเรียกก็ไม่หันกลายเป็นต้องใช้เสียงแทน ถ้าปรับปรุงได้จะดีมากค่ะ

เรียกคิว ให้สั่งอาหาร แล้วต้องรอเรียกคิวได้โต๊ะอีก สั่งสลัดแซลม่อนย่าง ซอสสีขาวน่าจะผสมวาซาบิ โกโก้จืดไป จะขมก้ไม่ขม จะหวานก้ไม่หวาน

อาหารอร่อยผักสดกรอบดี เนื้อนุ่มเครื่องเคียงเยอะ ปริมาณอาหารต่อจานค่อนข้างเยอะ แต่เสิร์ฟแต่ละเมนูเว้นค่อนข้างนานไปหน่อยครับทานจานแรกหมดไปแล้วต้องรอนาน และ แอร์ลงบนโต๊ะอาหารค่อนข้างแรงทำให้เวลาเสิร์ฟมาแปปเดียวอาหารเย็นเร็วมากทำให้รสชาติอาหารลดลง เฟรนฟรายเสิร์ฟมาไม่ร้อนเลยนิ่มมากครับควรปรับปรุงตรงนี้เพิ่มครับ บนโต๊ะอาหารไม่ได้มีเครื่องปรุงอื่นๆให้ครับ พื้นที่โต๊ะเว้นระยะห่างดีนั่งสบาย รอไม่ได้นานเหมือนก่อนๆครับ

ก่อนสั่งถามใจตัวเองก่อนนะว่า จะกินหมดมั้ย เยอะนาาาา 555

ไปคนเดียวก็กินได้นะแม้จะจานใหญ่หน่อยแต่ส่วนมากเป็นผัก กรอบๆ อร่อยๆ ไม่น่าติดปัญหา
ไม่ว่าจะสายผัก? ก็น่าจะถูกใจ
สายโปรตีน ก็มีให้เลือกครบถ้วน?

แต่ แนะนำให้ไปกันหลายๆคน เพื่อความบันเทิงในการกิน

ร้านเค้าปลูกผักเพราะรักแม่ งั้นถ้าใครรักแม่ก็ให้พาไปกินผักที่ปลูกจากความรักนะ ️

Healthy meal and delicious. Price might a little bit high but they serve large amount per dish, so this is reasonable.
This meal I try new dish “Salmon steak”. Salmon smell good with some aroma from herb and wood. Spring roll is good too.

Nice vegeterian options, service it's quite slow and it will take time to even notice you calling them. Also simple dish modification (from chicken to tofu) are not really done still loving the concept and the atmosphere ka

Good option for vegetable lovers.
Food is tasty and vegetable is fresh (plus it's organic). Price is a little higher than other place but worth it! Anyway all food serve with big portion of salad.
What I recommend is 1) pork ribs 2) fish taco //sauce is kind of too spicy for me tho// 3) tofu & seaweed salad.
**some tips for this place** you better download their app "ohkajhu" and get the que in advance cause it could take an hour to wait.
Last time i was at this branch i got the que on app by 5.45pm and it was almost 40 ques in front of me. They finally called my number around 7.10pm and we seated almost 7.30pm
