This accommodation was recommended by a friend and it has lived up to my expectations. The room is big and spacious. Amenities are well provided. The washing machine was a God-sent (just request laundry detergent from house-keeping). Location was superb, less than 5 mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS Station. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

These suites were quite nice and the feeling was fresh. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their surroundings. They helped with directions and the gym was top notch. I was on holiday with my family and we felt very comfortable. Miss Bow and Mr Soem were there to make sure our accommodations were met.

The location and room of the Oak Suite are really good, and the bed is very good. But it's a pity that the housekeeping staff is very poor. I stayed for 2 days in a row and helped clean the room the next day. They only cleaned the trash. I stayed in a twin room and only made one bed. There was one bed, but the other bed was a mess. When I returned to the room and saw this scene, I was dumbfounded. What I did was super casual! The feeling is super bad!

Highly recommended. Room was clean, new, cozy and bright with 2 big windows. There's very clean kitchen and washing machine in the room. I just hope they provide a small bottle of dish liquid. A few minutes walk to the mall. Front desk was friendly and professionally doing their job.

Excellent 4 star hotel. Service was great. Rooms are large, clean, spacious with balcony. Bathroom is very spacious bigger than other 5 star hotels even.

Kitchen drawers and fridge clean with no smell.

Overall a great hotel that us reasonably price and location was good too.

It is very close to BTS Phrom Phong Station and not noisy. The living function is good. The room is spacious and has a washing machine. It is very convenient for travelers who stay for a long time. Would love to come back and live again. The lobby is very fragrant hahaha.

We stayed 4 nights here and were very happy with the room and the location. There's a washer/dryer combo in the studio and it was super convenient. The bathroom is modern. We would stay here again in the future.

This is my second time staying in Oakwood Suites Bangkok. Very clean, nice and staffs very kind. And good location, next to Emporium. If they can improve their breakfast, it would be great.

Rooms are great, comes with what i needed, nespresso coffee machine. They have almsot everything needed in the room from hair dryer to iron and ironing board, safe box, etc. Rooms and toilet is clean.

Service is awesome. The staffs are all very friendly and ready to serve you even it means at 10pm! Or at 6.30am (without any complaint!) l (as we make a mistake ourself thinkin breakfast serve from 6am. They didn't say a thing until we asked how come there are no others havin brekkie. They then informed breakfast actually start at 7am).

Pickup if u are travelling via grab its easy for driver to locate and pickup. Not far to BTS, probably bout 700m walk. They have bikes waiting to pick you from the BTS on days you are lazy to walk for 15 baht.

A Hotel located in the town center of Bangkok, not far away from the nearest BTS station Phrom Phong. Told to be a 5-Star hotel in the hotel booking Apps. However, the service seems not achieved a standard of 5-Star hotel. After going out for a whole day and the room cleaning service done, the floor seems was not even swept. The room was noisy with the sound from sewage pipe.

Newly refurbished, modern, and spacious rooms in a great location. Thong Lo BTS station is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel in a safe street. Free shuttle service available at your request, takes you to the sky train in under 5-minutes.

The Oakwood team are super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and return when in Bangkok again!

It's neat and nice, but it smells like building materials because it's a new building. I think it would be good to arrange the scent. I can smell familiar from a construction field.

Nice place to stay. Room is big. Given an upgrade to a bigger room! Service by staff is excellent!

Superb place to stay for our 6D5N trip to BKK. Very helpful and friendly staff. The spacious room had a simple kitchenette, with a full sized fridge, sink and a nice breakfast table.
The room also had a little living room space in front of the bed, and a small balcony, perfect for drying clothes after wash. Bathroom was also pretty spacious with a shower and bathtub. Full sized gym facilities was fantastic and a very much appreciated quite pool for a relaxing dip. The most rewarding was the comfortable bed and pillows, for once we did not wake up with an aching back or neck during travels, especially important after the long days of walking and shopping.
Location was conveniently a stone throw away from BTS station and 2 malls. Managed to catch late night movie, and be able to walk back to hotel.
It is definitely one of our best stays in BKK thus far, a little pricey compared to most budget stays in the city but definitely worth every penny. Glad that we booked it for my birthday and our first trip after Covid restrictions are slightly lax for travelling.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping centres nearby. Room was ok, the bed was comfy. Recommended!

Nice cozy place and is very private. A very new hotel/serviced apt.in soi Sukhumvit 24. Very close to Emporium and BTS skytrain only about 5 min walk.

Very spacious room and fully equipped with all electronic equipments, kitchenettes and wash/dry machines.

Infinity pool is very nice. Fitness room is also fully equipped, lots of equipments!

Staffs are very nice and helpful! Overall, pretty impressive!
