18Interesting fusion between an art gallery and a coffee place. The interior style is very cool and the music and art combine into an ambiance that is different (in a good way) from the million other coffee places in Bangkok. Recommended to check this out!
The place is small, but comfortable. The exhibition is about young Thai post-90s artists (Aug 5~25). It is closed on Mondays. If you don’t want to go shopping, you can arrange it.
Very cute and lovely little indie art gallery. If I'm free, I'll definitely drop by to have a quick look. The overall experience unfortunately depends on who they're presenting at that point in time, and what's being hung on the walls. They don't squeeze too much of their artists' works in the space, and makes it just nice for an enjoyable experience. After you're done, sit by Hearth Art Cafe, for a quick coffee, before you go.
Great little café and gallery! If you want to drink nice coffees surrounded by good art, that's possible. If you want to go and see serious work in the changing exhibitions, that's also possible!
Presentation is excellent. Lovely place for a date. But it's also a hard-core art space, they show some of the top local painters.
Do take note of the precise location: enter from Soi 23 (via the little outdoor-mall area or directly) ; the alley connecting to Surasak Road is private and usually closed.
A tiny gallery, if you are nearby and want to have a coffee in a languid atmosphere with a claim to an art connoisseur, please)
Great place to have a drink with a small gallery. Drinks menu is really big, drinks are tasty and prices are very reasonable. Very quiet and not crowded.
Good gallery but very limited selection of paintings maybe only 10 minutes max viewing time.
It is a just 2 story coffee shop which displays a couple of paintings. To be honest, if you are traveling on purpose, it is not worthy of your coming. Just a place you can stop by while passing by.
Nice gallery featuring Thai artists. They also sell very creative clothing on the 2nd floor. Coffee shop is ok. Comfortable seats to enjoy coffee and the paintings.
Lovely little cafe and gallery displaying an ever rotating selection of local and regional artists. Thoroughly enjoyed my coffee too. Took away one star due to skylights allowing direct sunlight to shine on the paintings. Still well worth a visit. The cat is friendly too.
Number 1 Gallery, owns by Managing Director Khun Ae, located at Silom Location (nearest BTS will be Surasak station). The gallery has been around in the business for quite some time. Offers contemporary art in particularly local Thai artists.
Number 1 Gallery participates a lot of regional art fair and as the name says, "number 1" in a Thai alphabet letter, deserves a place in the art community in Thailand.
They offer Cafe inside as well. And their art works exhibitions are roughly around 1-1.5 months of duration.
Cool cafe for a quick grab n go, and yeah to check out some local artists featured there. Seems a bit run down and the main painting area is like a greenhouse without the air con on, but chill vibes to grab a cold drink on your way somewhere! The people here are very chill and helpful too:)
It’s a small gallery opened for any exhibition, along with a small cafe inside. We came for BTS’s Suga-Jimin photos exhibition and we had a great time!
Really nice place in the city. Cool artwork and a nice variety of drinks. Very tasty coffee for a good price! Nice music and atmosphere. Restroom with toilet paper! Would return if I get the chance!:)
Really nice! They have very interesting and provoking modern art in their cafe. The coffee is good, nothing special though.
Very nice place but very slow and poor coffee service, they don't understand how a coffee have to be made even after few painful explanations. They get an expresso machine but i had to show an expresso picture to explain them what's an expresso.
