I booked men's wax. When making a reservation, I asked about the date and time and amount on LINE, but all the answers are clear and polite. And when I entered the salon, I was greeted with a very good smile. The wax treatment is very quick and polite. The thin hair was treated with tweezers. I was very pleased with the service and perfection of this salon. In modern times, it is common for men to seek beautiful skin. I highly recommend this salon to make a hair removal debut.

I have been with Khun Som a few times and was always happy with my color. Now I asked via Facebook messenger for a quote for roots and balayage touch up. I sent them pictures of the state of my hair. I was quote 2,500 for roots and 2,500-3,500 for the hair color. Fine, stylist needs to see in person first. Once I got to the salon we discussed in person and all of a sudden I was quoted 9,000 just for the balayage part. How, why? Oh it is a big job I was told. I don't understand how you can give someone a quote that is already somewhat vague (2,500-3,500) and all of the sudden triple that quote.
I am absolutely furious of having wasted time and money getting there, and also feel bad for the stylist of having blocked her day for me. If you don't know how to accurately quote for a job then you need to tell people to come in for a consultation.
Unfortunately they lost me as a client.

Honest salon, didn't talk my wife into a coloring that would've ruined her hair. Provided treatment package & just a cut. Recommended some decent color brands to use at home.

I had haircut and treatment this time. Khun Som was great: she listened carefully to my requests, was kind and professional. The staff offers a fresh bottle water with a cookie which is nice attention.
I highly recommend this hair salon for its services and skilled, kind staff.

Best salon we've tried so far in Bangkok. My husband and I love it! Both for hairs and waxing. Skilled and professional, kind staff, quality products, look nowhere else!

The stylist was not very skilled in cutting thick wavy Asian hair. She didn’t thin out my hair. My hair ended up looking a little hacked up since she only slightly layered the bottom. Only the receptionist spoke English

Had a great experience at Niche Salon! I got a digital perm (first time experience), olaplex treatment and trim. My mom also got an olaplex treatment, a keratin treatment and a haircut. Both very happy with our results! Our stylists were very fast & knowledgeable and the front desk staff and owner spoke very good english. Prices were fair and the service was excellent. Snacks & coffee were a great plus for our morning appointments:) Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!

Nate was so amazing, professional and sweet! She understood what I wanted right away. I'm not going to trust my hair to anyone else while I live in Thailand.

Always struggled with frizzy and curly hair, so straightened my hair every year, leaving it dry and lifeless. Wanted to do curls for a change and Niche totally catered to my needs. Absolutely loved the curls. Turned out as expected. Communication was smooth and Nate was professional and kind. Two weeks after the curl and still absolutely gorgeous! Thanks Nate and Niche!

We had a scalp treatment and haircut yesterday. The ladies who did the scalp treatment were not gentle - felt like they were scrubbing dirty dishes on our scalp. Got a haircut as well. The lady was not meticulous and it shows in the quality of haircut. The two sides weren't even. Would not recommend coming back again.

Salon uses Keratase for hair product. Colour didn’t turn out as expected but at least a fresh coat for me. Good service.

Did my pedicure and brows. It was such patient and careful service and everything turned out great. Everyone was friendly and kind.

Booked haircut online yesterday after reading reviews and went in this morning.very good haircut, blow dry and overall experience.would recommend

Nate washed and cut my hair. She did it quickly and professionally. I’m happy with the result and it looks very close to the photo I showed her. Also very reasonable price for a wash and cut. I would go back again.
The salon is however located in a mall that I didn’t know existed and is a little walk away from the nearest BTS but once you’re inside and on the 3rd level, you can’t miss it.

As well as my family members.
Each time we go we are more and more impressed with the superior level of service and amazing kindness we are granted.

I had a great experience at Niche Salon! I’m an American with curly hair. I was visiting Bangkok and wanted to have my hair Japanese straightened. I was able to make a reservation online several days ahead of time, which was confirmed two days prior. The salon is extremely clean and trendy. The staff is very friendly and professional. There was an extremely proficient English speaker at the reception desk when I arrived to make sure me and the stylist were in the same page for everything. I got a haircut, deep conditioning treatment, Japanese rebonding (permanent straightening) and a conditioner they recommended. They were extremely attentive and wonderful. Prices are about 1/4- 1/3 that of US prices and the level of professionalism honestly much better than in most if not many US salons. It took about 4.5 hours total. There is WiFi available and cookies, coffee and water was offered. I am so pleased with my hair and so thankful for the wonderful job!

They did an absolutely fantastic job cutting my hair. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and patient with me since I do not speak Thai very well. Their English is very good and my stylist completely understood what I wanted to be done and styled it perfectly. The pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend to everyone!
