In my opinion, its not a gym. Its a home that when you have a bad day or feel like you want to go somewhere to make yourself feel better" Newmoves" is a place that you should visit. You wont find beer, wine here but you will find lots of good people that try so hard to make you be a better version of yourself. Trust me! I am a girl with wheelchair.

Rob and his team are absolutely amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. If you have any type of fitness goal then I would use these guys to help you achieve it. Brilliant

Best Gym in Bangkok. Location is best for work lunch sessions. The set up is well planned out for circuit workouts and recommend to any expat or fitness enthusiast.

A very private gym that makes anyone and everyone feel welcome. But, the highlight of this gym is the very knowledgeable and capable trainers at the helm ready to teach, motivate, and encourage.
