New Lumpini Boxing Stadium

The place is cool and Thai boxing is a pleasure to watch, but the air conditioning works so hard, it’s just a freezer! We couldn’t wait until the main battle, we were just frozen! So dress warmly!

The watch was awesome and had a good ambience but the downside is no trying allowed on the merchandise tshirt to check for good fit before purchase. Given their no return and exchange that's definitely a turn off:)

Josh loved the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. On entry, Joshua got a free beer card, making him clap wildly. During the female fight, Joshua could not hide his smile. Joshua even smack his belly like a drum to start every round.

My wife and I had a great time…it was our first time watching Muay Thai live and it didn’t disappoint despite the low turnout (likely due to the pandemic). We sat ringside with other foreigners and were able to grab drinks right outside the stadium.

Due to the strict regulations of the pandemic, this stadium is open by fixed schedule. Very convenient to park cars.

Caution: there are two different prices. Foreigners are rejected from the box office when trying to buy local prices. Local prices for 2nd class seats are 840 bht. Foreigners have to purchase them through a separate window or touts for 1500 bht.

When your in Thailand and interested in the culture you MUST visit a Muay Thai fight in Lumpini.

Lovely stadium with easy online booking. Very organized, I was greeted, given a program, a souvenir keyring and led to my seat. At 1800 Baht for a ringside seat it is cheap by international standards.

They wanted to sell us the tickets for 1st and 2nd class (1.500-2.000 Baht). We know that Thai people pay less, so we wanted to go in 3rd class but they told us it's full/closed.
Just a Tourist Scam!

Possible scam for foreigners. Ticket office staff just ignored us. Told us to buy from touts outside. The tout misled us, saying cheaper tickets were for standing only. The inside was very empty. An average experience overall. For 60 usd we saw some very skilled teenagers do Muy Thai. The stadium and facilities are cool. If you buy the expensive tickets there's a bar service & ring-side seating.

สนามมวยที่มีชื่อเสียงตั้งแต่ในอดีต ย้ายมาจากที่เก่ามาอยู่ตรงนี้ ออกแบบอาคารได้สวย ปัจจุบันนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติน่าจะสนใจมาดูเยอะและรายได้หลักคงเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวเป็นส่วนใหญ่ เรื่องจากคนดูในรุ่นใหม่น่าจะน้อยลงแล้ว ทางที่น่าจะแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้นให้คนรุ่นใหม่สนใจกีฬาชนิดนี้มากขึ้น ควรศึกษาความสำเร็จของกีฬาอื่นเช่น เทควันโด้, ยูโด มีชุดสวยๆในการเล่นกีฬา, มีการแบ่งขั้นความสามารถ เช่น สายขาว, สายดำ เป็นต้น ช่วยให้น่าสนใจมากขึ้น.

Pretty cool fights, recommend paying 10 bacht more and get the beast seats in the stadium. They serve Chang and great food.

BEST ENTERTAINMENT EVER! Thought it would be some shady place, but this stadium is very nice and organized.

Nice place to visit in Bangkok. You can see typical Thai dance before fighting and you can bet it, too if you'd like to. Also, There is open air kitchen out side the stadium and can have a fun with the spicy food also.it's delicious and also cheep.

I ask ticket on facebook they say 300 bath for normal seat and 2000 bath for ringside but when I arrive there
300 bath standing for only Thai peoples and 1500 bath standing for foreigners 2000 ringside

I asked at Facebook about the Price 300 till 1500. After arriving 300 is only for Thai and no seats. Different like the information at Facebook. Piss off
