Haven’t gotten a custom made suit before and new armani provided excellent and knowledgeable service. Jack managed to get me a beautiful custom suit and shirt the very next day after selecting materials and taking measurements. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the tailors at New Armani I have a very well made and attractive waistcoat in my family tartan. It was completed efficiently and for good price by mail with my own fabric when tailors in Australia refused to work with material which was not theirs. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by the team at Armani tailors. They produced a fine suit, jacket and two shirts in five days with the minimum of fuss (one initial 10 minutes to measure, and then a follow up fitting for 10 minutes two days later). All the clothes are very well made, and are a perfect fit. I doubt if I will ever go elsewhere when I need additional shirts and suits especially as Armani tailors are able to ship worldwide.

This is an amazing shop because these wonderful suits used up only 3 days. The boss, Jack, is so serious about making the suit even small mistakes he doesn't allow so I really appreciate him, hence, recommend the public to consider this shop to tail-made a suitable and comfortable suit.

Was searching a tailor to customize a suit for myself in Bangkok and randomly found New Armani Tailor which is just infront of Nana BTS a station.

Contacted them through messenger before I fly from Singapore and their response is very fast for every questions I asked.

When I reached their shop on Thursday evening we are welcomed by the staff. They impressed me with their professionalism by introducing me with different fabric. They even ensured me that my suit will be ready by Saturday evening that only 2 days!

They really delivered their promised and the suit really fit me well. Although, I have another suit for my daughter that required a minor alteration, they able to rush the alteration and delivered the suit to my hotel before midnight on the same day.

Stumbled onto New Armani years ago on a trip to Bangkok while looking for a custom tailored suit. I was much more impressed with their cuts and styles than some of their competitors on the same street, and they also service both men and women. James' team took extremely good care of me, and within a few days had partially constructed suits for me to try, and shipped to rest home to me.

Over the last five years, I have ordered over twenty articles from New Armani whenever James visits the United States. Prices are very competitive for the materials used- a custom tailored suit for roughly the same price as a high end department store suit, off the rack.

Would highly recommend stopping in if you are visiting Bangkok and have at least three days so you can visit a second time.

I first got a sport jacket and a shirt made when I was visiting Bangkok. Like others, I was very skeptical but I was also intrigued by the sheer amount of five star reviews. New Armani did not disappoint! Jack helped me out, he spoke great English (and a few other languages) and was able to answer all my questions when I visited the store. Originally they were going to meet me at the airport with the jacket (!) but after I extended my trip they arranged to have it delivered to my hotel, immaculately packaged, and all done over WhatsApp. I liked the jacket so much that when I returned to NYC and the weather got cold, I messaged them asking if I could get an overcoat made. Since they already had taken my measurements I only had to answer a few questions, transfer the money (legitimately less than 1/3 of what it would cost me to get a custom made coat in NYC) and it arrived, only a few weeks later. I will definitely be buying more!

Best custom design tailor shop in town for both men and women. Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff at the affordable price. Highly recommend anyone to try once and will never regret.
