I’ve received one round of laser hair removal so far and I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown by Natasa clinic. The owner made sure to thoroughly explain the process to me and make me feel comfortable. Even small touches like the tea before and after the procedure was above and beyond and very appreciated. Each step of the procedure was explained from the type of laser machine and how the cooling gel etc works. The laser hair removal itself was a pretty painless experience and I was so so happy with the results, I was told to expect 10-15% loss in hair after the first round but I have honestly seen such a huge difference! This has boosted my confidence so much already and I have my next sessions booked in. I 100% recommend this clinic for anyone as the whole process was smooth and extremely professional!:)

You are welcomed with the drink of your choice, you are cared for by a Doctor who will explain everything to you. They'll shave your skin then apply the laser, with high quality results. After the laser, you are still cared with ice pads and cream, then final another drink of your choice.

Not only they are cute, attentive and careful, but you're also getting amazing results.

I have been coming to natasa clinic on and off when I’m in Bangkok for the last few years and can honestly say it’s the best laser experience I’ve ever had (I’ve done laser in New Zealand, Australia and South Korea). Natasa is so so thorough, kind and friendly. I always feel so welcomed and they do such an incredibly thorough job, plus with their chilled jel and the type of laser they use I t’s the most painless laser experience I’ve ever had. I can’t rate this place highly enough, not to mention the value for money.

Great service, painless and you see the result fast. She explains the different cycles for the hair to grow and how we can adjust the treatment frequency accordingly. It’s not cheap but at the same time it’s worth it because of the result.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years now and all I can say is that the staff are very professional, clean, friendly, hospitable and do an amazing job in making you feel as comfortable as possible, I’ve also had excellent results and no longer look like a bear!

Natasa's clinic provides the best laser hair removal service in my opinion (even comparing with outside of Thailand). She and her team are very professional and friendly but more importantly I've had my best results with her. She really takes her time with each treatment area which I really appreciate. And thanks to her generous use of cooling gel my treatments have also been much less painful for the same strength of a laser elsewhere. I actually look forward to my appointments with her each time!

Be wary of places that write their own reviews. I’ve never been here. But I immediately noticed they have all five star reviews and they’re all from people who’ve only written one review. So they create new accounts and give themselves reviews. They might still be great but. Worth noticing

I've only had one session so far but it's been amazing both in terms of service and the results. The staff were very attentive and Natasa spent a good amount of time explaining the process to me and being honest about what is and is not possible. I was told that after one session, I can notice a 10 to 15% reduction in hair. But I'm already seeing 50 to 80%! I know this might be because of my skin and hair color but it's definitely exciting. I would recommend this clinic to others especially with the professionalism of her and her staff!

I have taken upper lip and under arm laser hair removal service from Natasa. Natasa has exceeded my expectations! I have seen almost 80% of the hair is gone only after 1st session.
