Friendly staff, decent make-up and hairdo, clean clothing. Chinese speaking capability so that’s a big plus for Chinese tourists. However time management could have been better: we arrived before 4pm, did make up for 3 pax and dressed up for 6 pax, and got out of the door past 6: 10pm. We did not have enough time to do a proper photo shooting as 1) there were 3-4 persons waiting for make-up and hairdo even though we arrived on time (the staff did mention we’d better arrive earlier, to be fair but I didn’t expect to be waiting for 30min+ AFTER we finished the dress-up) ; 2) the place they suggested for photo shooting (Wat Poh) was not accessible after 6pm on the day of our visit (31/7), and the staff apparently were not aware of that; 3) we stepped out of the door at 6: 10ish as we had to wait for the photographer to return and transfer photos to the laptop or so. As a result, we ended up taking photos on the river side with Wat Arun as the backdrop per their recommendation, qouting that it would be beautiful when the lights were on. Well, 630pm is not dark and lighting was not impressive at that time. We then suggested moving to a street nearby with a small corner of the Grand Palace in the background, and they found us a spot near a lamp post to pose. Not much to do so we returned at 6: 50pm. The person in charge I reckon refunded 1000 Baht but as compared to what we paid and our hours of efforts, well. We ended up scoring 72 photos only, and a number of them were either duplicates, with some of our eyes shut or a bit blurry. Photography could have been better. So manage your time and expectations.
