ใครๆก็บอกว่าน้ำซุบเผ็ดร้อน วันนี้ได้มาลองแล้วเผ็ดจริง ใครที่ทานพริกไทยเยอะๆแล้วเจ็บคอบอกไว้ก่อนว่าต้องทานน้ำซุบน้อยๆๆนะไม่งั้นเจ็บคอแน่นอน ว่าด้วยเรื่องหมูกรอบของทางร้าน หมูกรอบกรอบจริงๆๆๆต้องสั่งแบบหมูกรอบอย่างเดียวมาหนึ่งจาน (สั่งมาฆ่าเวลา) จิ้มกับน้ำจิ้มนี้เข้ากันแต่แฟนบอกว่าชอบแบบไม่จิ้มมากกว่า จากนั้นรอๆๆๆๆๆ. เพราะคนเยอะมาก ดีนะที่มีโต๊ะว่าง ที่นั่งได้ 2 คน พอก๋วยจั๊บมาถึงก็ลงมือ เครื่องในสด ไม่มีกลิ่นคาว ตับอาจลวกสุกไปพอดีชอบตับลวกแบบ นิ่มๆๆไม่สุกมาก โดยรวมก็ 8/10 อ้อไม่มีที่จอดรถต้องหาที่จอดรถเองแต่แอบเห็นลานจอดรถตรงข้ามร้าน

หมูกรอบเด็ดสุดๆ กรอบ มันน้อย มีรสชาติ
ถ้าไม่ใส่ผงชูรสจะให้ดาวเพิ่มนะคะ

น้ำซุบเผ็ดร้อนด้วยพริกไทย หมูกรอบกรอบจริง เครื่องในสดไม่มีกลิ่นคาว คนเยอะมาทานที่ร้านต้องมาก่อนเที่ยงจะได้มีที่นั่งไม่ต้องรอ

Ordering system. Self find table sit down. Server will come carrying trays of the roasted pork. Servers will come with tray of drinks and ice (ice is separately charged).
Wait for server to come to Ur table to take orders for kway jub soup. After all done. Signal to server, U wanna pay, then U wait for money collector to come. All work positions is very clear. Each do their own responsibility. Collector money is collector, dunt take orders.
Entrance is small, 1 and half person front entrance as cooking station Infront too.
Big dinning space at the back.
This roasted pork is FRIED skin, meat is moderately soft, crispy skin. Soup is mildly peppery.
Extra dish like Siew mai is nice, although I suspect is from supplier. But nice.
Drinks like those blue pea drink is interesting to drink.

Finished at 4pm, the roast pork was so crispy, the pork skin was delicious, and the pork offal was flavorful.

A Bib Gourmand regular crispy pork cutlet specialty store in a residential area, we arrived just after it opened at 7: 30am. I don't like the famous crunchy pork cutlet, so I'll use macaroni-like rice noodles, which is also a famous dish. Plenty of offal and plenty of pepper, this is delicious The tonkatsu koromo, which tastes like hail, is just right (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

Was there on Fri 11am, not crowded yet. All items for $Baht212. Pork belly super crispy. Even inside the soup, was still crispy. All other part of meats were well cook. Ordered both pandan & chrysanthemum drinks, has jelly inside, a pleasant surprise. If only ordering a drink, recommend the pandan ones.

The tables you see as you're entering the shop isn't the only tables they have
They have more tables inside the shop to accommodate more people dining in
They have English menu so don't be afraid
Else just Google translate the menu on the wall
For 80 baht, you do get quite a lot of food.the soup is peppery and savoury
The crispy pork remains crispy despite submerged inside the soup for quite a few minutes already
It's definitely gonna fill you up unless you're a big eater
You only avoid this place if you don't eat intestines part
It is quite a walk from saphan taksin BTS station, so is it worth walking here to eat it to just simply eat it at Chinatown?

Really nice crispy pork. The noodles are great. The broth is very nice and peppery. I paid 170 for one plate of roasted pork, 1 bowl of noodle and water

Small portion, however you can always order more since the price relatively cheap. The crispy pork with the noodle soup is a perfect combination!

Kway chap was very nice, i love the rolled rice noodle.
Crispy pork is a must-order dish if you come here. The pork was still crispy even after soaked in the soup. Will definitely come again next time I come to Bangkok

Good taste for pepper spice and salty, and the most of value manu in restaurant such as crispy pork belly, offals soup etc,
The restaurant is on the roadside Chan Rd.

This shop have expanded over the years.from a single unit shop and expanded to 3 shops huge!

Food taste largely similar to what i had, and a must visit for those who love roast pork.

The roast pork quality may have dropped over the years.but i’d rate it 75-80% from the first time i had it. Still have room to improve for sure.

Not used to eat crispy pork but this is different! Its so crispy even in soaked in the soup, the chinese pasta is worth to try too!

Good standard has dropped, service is fast but it's common they forget your order so you have to remind them. Price wise is OK but location is quite far.

Absolutely authentic pork intestine noodle, 6 of us came in for lunch and all agreed the noodle is great.

The soup is quite peppery so may not be suitable for everyone’s taste bud. The roast pork has good portion of fat and lean meats, skin is also very crispy.

The crispy pork is really YUMMY! With reasonable price.
It's always crowded, you have to wait around 5-15 min for geting your food.
