Super happy with the beautiful work that Lisa did. She’s a nurse; very very professional and I’m sooo happy with the result.
Not the cheapest but you get quality craftsmanship when you pay for it. It’s my face, why would I go somewhere cheap when there are people dedicated to their craft like Lisa and her team.
Very pleased indeed with micro blading my all but disappeared eyebrows, gorgeous natural pink lips and Peacock blue eyeliner. Love it. Can’t wait to come back for a touch up x

I did the eyebrow treatment twice and twice it fell off after a couple of days.first, I feel that they did not explain me well the care process after the treatment to me and second, they had to treat my case in some special way and evaluate it after the first time it didn't work. I thought they would do that, but it wasn't like that, and therefore it also failed the second time.

Have had a great experience at Mona Nisa with Saa. Gone for 2 touch ups and the shape and color are really great. Very professional stylist.

After doing eyebrown tattoos for a year. It's good timing to add color and shape it.
Below is the result of a few hours later. I'm never disappointed of the resukt and get compliments from the friends who see my eyebrown.
Place is clean and keep.proper privacy. Service is professional.

I'm very disappointed with this Clinic. I've paid over 300€ for having my eyebrows done (premium equipment) and the results were quite disappointing.

Artist SAA, could barely speak or understand my concerns. Also, she never asked what I wanted and didn't cover my scar properly either (my main concern area). And the strokes on one side were a bit higher. But when I made a complaint they said I had to go back for the touch up!

To complicate things a bit more, they said they didn't have a slot for this final procedure although I was contacting about 1 month in advance to my departure.

After I complained, they said they actually had a slot for a touch up. After all this confusion and disappointment I decided to do it at another clinic that doesn't require touch up and gave the right instructions before and after care.

In this other clinic I heard from the specialist that the work was not done properly either as the spaces between the strokes were not even and it's pretty faded now because I was not given the proper instructions for after care. My skin is oily and can get quite sweaty, so a balm & numb balm is not recommended as it can expell the ink more easily.

If you still decide to proceed with them ask for the receptionist to translate your concerns as they don't seem to take the initiative or offer the service at the level they charge for.

I chose to get my nanobrows at MonaNisa and found their services worth the price! Saa, the artist, did an amazing job with my eyebrows. Thanks to her, my eyebrows look very natural and just pretty. MonaNisa has a good staff too. Responsive, friendly, very professional.

I already had solid eyebrows but they were faint in some parts and the shape wasn't flattering at all. They were just messy and I spent a lot of time and money having them shaped by waxing.which I didn't like as often they would take a bit too much off and the brows would look too feminine. Now that Nisa has microbladed my eyebrows now 3 times over a few years (with 1 top up after a year just as I like them dark), my eyebrows couldn't look better. As a guy I was important to me that they look natural. Now they are full, bold and shape my face really well. The whole experience is actually quite relaxing, you may feel a slight sting every now and then but I've actually fallen asleep during the treatment. I couldn't recommend visiting MonaNisa enough for microblading - it's not just me, I've seen great results on my friends that I've also referred.

My service here at MonaNisa was luxury at its finest. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Mona is a master at what she does! She is super kind and really perfects her talent. The new technology she offers for brow microblading is painless and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to look their best. I’m looking forward to my 1 year touch up for my brows just to visit her clinic again.

I needed to remove my bad microblading brows. Even though the old tattooed brows have not been fully erased yet but I can see it’s getting lighter after the 1st treatment. It was not enough time for me to come back for the after treatments (because of Covid and border lockdown). Do you have any of your brand in Kuala Lumpur? I really want to continue with the removal process until the old brows are gone: (

เคยทำคิ้วกับน้องเขามาบ่อยแล้ว น้องจบมาใหม่ 4-5 ปีที่แล้ว ยังไม่มีโอกาศไปหาที่ กทม. เลยพอดีน้องมาหาเลยได้ทำ ชอบที่สีไม่จางและคงทนมากใครเห็นก็ชมว่าสวยค่ะ

I cannot recommend this place because they did a poor job for the semi permanent lip make-up. There are visible smudges and overlapping onto the outer skin and the touch up did little to help.
If you are tempted to give this place a try, do not be lured into it by their good marketing techniques. There must be better beauty parlours out there.

I did an eye liner tattoo for top and bottom and it was terrible and painful. You could barely see the tattoo. I also paid for the better quality ink. Not worth it. Mayve other services are better but avoid the eyeliner service. I later went to K. Bo in head2toe in Silom, half the price and I can still see the tattoo clearly almost 2 yrs later.

I am from South Korea. And i have done microblading my eyebrows in my country too. But it wasn’t like this. After i got it, my husband was shocked that it looked so natural but perfect. And all of my friends in Korea asked me where i have done my eyebrows. If you are interested in it, but also worrying about it, i can tell here is the best place according to my experience.

Nisa is such a kind soul and yet a smart business woman, her professionalism and experience made me feel confident in my result which was just beautiful. I did the mixed brow procedure and everything was clean and hygienic. Easy to get to from BTS Saphan Kwai.

Some of my girlfriends had a bad experience in other salons so I spent lots of time searching for a place to do my very first eyebrow tattoo. And I'm really happy that I chose MonaNisa. My eyebrows look amazing, and the most important - natural!
I've already made an appointment for a touch-up, cause I know that shape and color will change while healing. But I trust girls and I'm sure my eyebrows will look amazing for 1-2 years after.
