THE MOST DISASTROUS STAY! Everything went south the moment I checked into my room!
Sales person - Kan is not your typical definition of a sales person! She just pays lip service to you! Empty promises and deceptive marketing short of calling her a Liar and a swindler! She even has the audacity and indignation to argue with me about her policies! She informed me that she was giving me the most exclusive rate on a quiet corner Executive Studio on a high floor but when I checked later on the official website, there was no difference! She had my room plunged in the middle of the hallway right in front of the lift landings! When I approach for a room change, they adamantly demanded for a 1000 baht top up which they eventually lowered to 500 baht and continued to barter with me against the rate which I was initially given!? ! They claimed that the corner room are the premier rooms which I can see no difference in size. Maybe, probably by just a teeny weeny 2 metre square! It definitely didn’t felt like even a 3 star hotel, more like a putrid fish market with mercenaries at your back! No feelings of warmth or services from the Heart! Just coldness and nonchalance! They have me believe my room was quiet but it was facing the main road and boisterous motorbikes and Trucks were ramming their modified exhausts pipes the entire night right to the wee hours of the morning! There were the other side of rooms facing away from the boisterous main roads and I noticed it was empty on the 15th floor but Salim the front office manager told me no rooms were available for my change except for a very small standard room without windows! She offered to DOWNGRADE me to this pathetic small room with only a shower cubicle! Now you comprehend my term of calling these unscrupulous, callous and totally nonchalant individuals mercenaries from a putrid fish market! If I want a corner room, pay more! However, if you DOWNGRADE, you will still pay the same price of the Executive Studio!
How Ludicrous and Preposterous can this be!? !
Then, to add insult to injury, the telephone operators have neither the patience nor humanity to wait for you to answer the phone!? They will ring your room and expect you to fly to the phone otherwise, they will just hang up on you!
This hospitality business is so wrong on so many levels! Totally lacks of any hospitality at all! No wonder they have to rely on the truck loads of overnight rowdy Chinese tourists for business! Absolutely NO CLASS! A far distance cry from the Frasers Suites in Sukhumvit and Frasers River Valley in Singapore! A Total Sham! Reeks of Nonchalance and Condescend!
For what it was worth; Good Riddance To Bad Rubbish!

Book on Expedia and save $20 to $50! The best place for the Baht. Great deal. Nice rooms. Right next to the subway. Stay here! Great gym too!

Fabulous! Good location, right next to Queen Sirikit Central MRT station. Wonderful staff, good food, excellent housekeeping. Beautiful Christmas decor and celebrations. Will definitely stay here the next time in Bangkok

Had an excellent stay at Modena by Fraser. Quick, hassle free check-in, chic decor comfy beds, fabulous housekeeping. Right next to Queen Sirikit Central MRT station. Enjoyed the food at restaurant, esp, the Thai dishes. Beautiful Christmas decor and celebrations. The kids really enjoyed.

I was a bit hesitant to stay out of my normal Sukhumvit road haunts. This place is half the price and only one stop on the met from Asoke. The rooms are amazing as are the staff

Great location. Parking is located in next building so small luggage would be more convenient. There's Dean&Deluca downstairs in case you need coffee in the morning.

Right beside MRT, new and clean room, great service, the staff actually run toward us to serve us on check-in and even offer us a early check-in. The only downside is there aren’t much happening around the hotel, but this also make the hotel very quite and peaceful at night.

Tide and clean. Breakfast is also good. Near by the MRT. Hotel use part of the building which is including offices, cafe and 7-11. Price is reasonable.

Clean, spacious deluxe rooms. New hotel with impressive design. Breakfast was sub par. Location is great next to MRT and a well-stocked 7Eleven.

Really really bad Sales team, dont mention about they let me hang on the line for very long. I was looking for the rooms + meeting room (3 days) for the coporate price, Called the sales team, they promised to send the quotation, nothing. Called again after 5 days and emailed.

They came back with the price higher than agoda or other booking online. DONT BOTHER!

Nice hotel but disappointed with the Wifi, thinking a 4 star hotel would have decent wifi but single very weak unless I'm in the lobby. When asked to move rooms they said they can't. Was getting less then 1 MBS with consent drops.

If you have a business here, don't forget to stamp your parking card at the hotel front desk for free parking. The hotel located at a very good location and the price is really affordable.

We had an amazing 7 nights stay in Bangkok. The staff were attentive. We were close to Queen Sirikit Underground rail which in itself is outstanding.

Awful experience
The blanket and pillow was so wetty. When I came to inside the room, smell was bad, so I tried to open the window but it wasn’t opened. I had to endure smell and wetty beding. If you want to bad experience, I’ll recomend this hotel.

The bed was so comfortable that I would not like to get up. Everything in this property felt new and nice! And the management was so professional and nice to recognise that I had come back and had left a kind message in my room before I had checked in!

By the time that I am writing this review I am at the hotel. Aircondition isn't cool enough at it kept on 27 Celsius. I kept calling them cover 7 times to ask for solution without them calling me back even 1 time. Reception need to be smarter. At least update what's going on and tell me what's my new room number and so on. But in stead I had to call to ask for everything. Stay here before but this time is suck. Fixing problem at very slow speed.mechanic was in my room at 3 am.
