Mission Hospital Bangkok

I went to this hospital through my insurance with tonsillitis. The whole process took about 1.5 hours. The doctor’s appointment took 5 minutes, they looked at my throat, listened to my lungs and prescribed medications (antibiotic, paracetamol and throat spray). The doctor spoke good English. Medicines were also given out at the hospital. The insurance company paid the bill in full.
The hospital itself is not new, but clean and comfortable.

Pleasant and polite staff greeted me at the hospital. The appointment with the ENT specialist went well, the doctor explained everything in detail, examined me and prescribed treatment.

I contacted the insurance company, but after the appointment I had to wait a little - they contacted the insurance company for payment.
Afterwards, they gave me all the necessary prescription medications and released me.

The service is excellent!

รอนานมากค่ะ มา 16.00 รอบัตร 15 นาที วัดความดันรอไม่นาน แต่รอตรวจ เกือบ 2 ชม. ทั้งที่คนก็ไม่เยอะ เนี่ยขนาดวันธรรมดา วันหยุดจะขนาดไหน ถ้าหมอไม่พอ ควรเพิ่มค่ะ

ดิฉันเป็นคนไข้ประกันสังคม วันนี้มารักษากับนายแพทย์ท่านหนึ่ง ที่อยู่ข้างห้องฉุกเฉิน ที่ฉันรอแพทย์ ครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าได้ ไม่สบายมา 3 วัน แล้วมีอาการอื่นๆร่วมด้วย หมอที่นี่เขาใช้แค่คำถามกับคนไข้แล้วก็จัดยาเลยหรอคะ ถ้าอย่างนี้คนไข้มาพูดอะไรก็เป็นไปตามนั้นหมดเลยหรอ ตั้งแต่ใช้บริการมา วันนี้รู้สึก งงมากค่ะ

มารพ. นี้ครั้งแรก โดยรวมแล้วดีนะคะ เจ้าหน้าที่ พยาบาล รวมถึงความสะอาด ห้องน้ำสะอาดกว่ารพ. ทั่วไป คุณหมอทำฟันให้ดีคะ แต่น่าจะพ่นยาชาก่อนขูดหินปูน ทำไปจะครึ่งทางแล้ว เริ่มทนไม่ไหว หมอพ่นยาชาให้คะ

รอพบแพทย์นานมากกกกกนานจนต้องทิ้งใบคิวลงถังขยะทนไม่ไหวไม่รอแล้วไปซื้อยาที่ร้านขายยากินเอง จะย้ายประกันสังคมแล้วไม่เอาแล้ว ไม่เอาแล้วแบบนี้

I phoned the receptionist to make a dental appointment but the receptionist told me you don’t need an appointment when you visit first time. Then I went to the hospital the next day, I had to wait around one hour to see the dentist. Improper management by the receptionist wasted my time so if you want to save your time, it’s better to go to the other hospital.

Nobody cares about your appointment. If somebody came before you without an appointment, you will be after this person. Find another hospital

แฟนมานอนโรงพยาบาลผ่าตัดเต้านม วันที่12/10/65 คุณหมอเรวัตและคุณหมอไอวี่ดูแลคนไข้ดีมาก พยาบาล ผู้ช่วยหน้าห้องรวมทั้งพนักงานบริการ ให้คำแนะนำดี สถานที่ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน ใช้สิทธิ์ประกันสังคมยังดูแลดีเลยค่ะ แนะนำบอกต่อค่ะ

Presented to emergency, staff were compliant with diagnosis, and treatment. Doctor on call and nursing staff were efficient, amiable, and showed medical expertise, in the procedure. Payment was seamless, overall a surprisingly good experience.

ไปรพ. กลางดึก ด้วยอาการแสบคอไอครั่นเนื้อครั่นต้ว แจ้งหมอว่ามีโรคปจต. เวลาติดเชื้อ ความดันจะตก ขอสังเกตอาการสักระยะหลังจากหมอจ่ายยาให้กลับบ้านได้ จากตี 3 กว่า จนท. ห้องฉุกเฉินให้นอนพักได้ถึงตี 5 แทนที่จะให้ทำการตรวจเอทีเคเลย แต่หมอก็ไม่สั่ง
วันน้้นเตียงฉุกเฉินว่าง แต่พอถึงเวลาก็ต้องลุกออกกลับบ้านไป แจ้งจนท. รปภ. ช่วยเรียกแท้กซี่ แกไม่สนใจ บอกเดี๋ยวก็เข้ามาส่งคน รออยู่ครึ่งชม. ไม่ประทับใจเท่าที่ควร

รอตรวจโควิดนานมาก เคยไปส่งเพื่อนตรวจที่อื่นไวกว่าค่ะ นึกว่ามา รพ. เอกชนแล้วจะไว คนไข้ก็ไม่เยอะ แต่ช้ามากกกกกกก

ปวดท้องจนอยู่ไม่เป็นสุข เวียนหัว หายใจไม่ออก ก็ให้ไปตรวจ ATK เข้าใจว่าต้องตรวจเพราะป้องกัน ใช้เวลารอ 45 นาที ตรวจตอน 11: 20 รอจนบ่ายโมงก็ยังไม่ได้ ปวดท้องจนกินอะไรไม่ได้ ขนาดน้ำลายตัวเองยังกลืนไม่ได้เลย แจ้งก็บอกให้รออย่างเดียว

แผนกโควิดโดยใช้ประกันสังคมรอนานมาก รอนานเป็นชั่วโมงๆ ระบบการจัดการแย่มาก ทั้งที่คนไข้ก็น้อย น้อยกว่า ร. พ อื่นๆ ด้วยซ้ำ นั่งรอด้านนอกทั้งที่อากาศร้อนๆ อุณหภูมิในร่างกายก็สวิง แถมไม่ให้ยาฆ่าเชื้อด้วย กลับไปบ้านแล้วก็ต้องกลับมาใหม่

I had a wound went to mission hospital 11.30 pm nurse ask me u already put medicine i said yes so no cleaning of wound not even one medicine to put on wound only to eat pharmacy asked me do you have salt water to clear i said no he said if its not ok come tomorrow really because i have social security you guys will treat me like this.wasted 400 baht in taxi just to get antibiotic

On the whole a decent experience but the staff could be trained better with language and service!

Jul 30 2022 Tonight we arrived at the ER at 8PM for our appointment. We've waited to be called for our turn. There were only 2 patients on queue which were already called at about 830PM. At 850PM a nurse came to us and asked if we're done with the injection. I said no, we were still waiting for it. She went back inside, had us wait for another 10minutes. We were called at exactly 9PM. Had to wait for 1 hour for 3 patients including us.

I still give 5 stars because it wasn't like this during our first and second visit. Yesterday's visit was real quick. Tonight is our 3rd and last appointment. One nurse and the doctor speak very good english.

วันที่11/07/22 ผมมารับยาคงค้างกับทางโรงพยาบาลเวลา 17.11 พนักงานผู้หญิง พนักงานเภสัชที่โรงพยาบาลชั้นหนึ่ง พูดจาไม่ดีตะคอกใส่ลูกค้า นิสัยแย่ๆแบบนี้ควรปรับปรุงนะครับ เสียภาพลักษณ์ของทางพยาบาลหมด แย่มากๆ
