Millennium Maid Service Bangkok

Using bbkmaid for 1.5 months now, very satisfied.

Apart from a contract hours, if you need maid to do something more (like I am with laundry folding) - an extra hours cost reasonably.

Maid is always on time (a bit earlier actually).

Sometimes there may be some re-scheduling, but I am always getting notified in advance.

Been a customer for a while and always super service and professional. Can highly recommend millennium maid service.

MMS cancelled or didn't show up 6 times in the last 9 weeks. Their slogan is 'save your valuable time, get a maid'. I would like to say that they clearly have no concern about their customer's valuable time, as they have left me without a mid for 6 week out of 9, leaving me to clean my own apartment. As of yesterday (18/3/20), I have asked them to return my deposit and they are now ignoring my emails. I am very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Classic lazy Thai service.

Please avoid them at all costs, as there are dozens of reputable cleaning companies in Bangkok that care about their customers. If the quality of work was to a high standard, I may have been able to look past the terrible customer service, but one time the maid didn't even clean my bathroom floor. I know this because when i inspected the floor upon returning home, there was broken glass on the floor from a smashed glass a few days prior. Disappointment after disappointment. MAI DEE.

This is really good experience. Fair price and so much easier than hiring own maid. Well trained staff and the admin is spot on with billing etc. Never any issues. Use both for cleaning (maid) and nanny service. Thank you.

Didn't clean well, waste of money. Have to pay another maid. (Btw it's my girlfriend who booked the service in November. Can't say I'm surprised owner is rude in their comment. Blame the customer.)

Called twice to ask for quotation and set appointment- they said - only one person can do quotation and he/she is on holiday. Stunned only 1 person for the entire company can do quotation - no handover or coverage during holidays. Wow.

Horrible service and overpriced. The maid cancelled every other time last minute. For double of the standard maid price I expect way more. Replacements also didn't always show. Just look for a private maid. They are ironically way more reliable.

Good consistent service over ~18 months. Maid did a great job, rarely needed to reschedule (mainly due to public holidays, which is reasonable), and when they did always sent a replacement maid. When I ran out of cleaning product, the maid would always replace it for me (taking money I left behind), which made my life easier as I have no idea which cleaning products to buy, and also don't have the time to do so. Admin side of the business was also very professional and easy to deal with.

Have been a customer of Millennium for over three years and have nothing at all negative to say about the experience. Their rates are reasonable and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this to anyone. It just make me lost my time.

They play with you! They have no staff - they cancelt many times the appointments in the last minute. Rediculous service - stay away!

Received maid service from MMS for 3.5 years. Service mostly was excellent, on rare occasions a stand-in for the regular maid performed not on the same level of quality. But the regular maid always did an outstanding job without any room for complaints. And also communication from the team, e.g. In case of necessity for a stand-in maid, always was very pro-actively and helpful.
The service I've received couldn't be any better.

WORST EVER! And i have maid for years, from Singapore to Shanghai and now Bangkok but nothing is as comparable (in a bad way) as MMS. I used them for a month and i cannot wait to terminate the contract, always running out of maids and sending new maids each time, which means i have to teach the new maid every single time they are here, more work to do than having no maid. The maids they sent, don't even kow what detergent for what use. None of them ever complete their job in the span of 3 hours too.

First maid sent refused to work because we have cats. The supervisor did not attend with the replacement maid. The maid put all our laundry into one load and put that load into the dryer with a full complement of detergent. When informed the supervisor and manager blamed us and claimed we were lying since "both employees had the same story" and the manager could "see no reason they would lie". Don't be fooled by the foreign management and English language proficiency, there are better trained and infinitely better managed companies here.

Millenium Maids have saved me on more than one occasion, when I have been in dire cleaning straits. Very good and reasonably priced cleaning services. And very quick to respond. I recommend them.

We love our cleaning lady from the Millennium Maid Service. She is always on time and she is very effective. We also feel that we can trust her to be alone with our thinks when we are not a home. The service works perfect for us.
