The atmosphere was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and we had the best time ever in Bangkok. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Thailand an unforgettable memory. We’ll be back.

It’s an interesting experience of staying with this Hilton property. The front desk team was not very attentive & sincere when we shared our good experience of staying with Hilton Pattaya and asked for any upgrade. The front desk team lady questioned me why & how could the Hilton Pattaya offer us upgrade since we are not yet a platinum grade member or the others. The room we were offered was a standard room with twin beds and river view - nothing else to be upgraded. We were told by the front desk leader to respect it since they would have to be fair to every Hilton member, and we’re already lucky already since they gave us a room with river view and they had too much visitors traffic. This was first time to us for having such attitude & sharing. I didn’t feel the ‘Thai’ friendly hospitality here. Anyhow, we had some good time at the rooftop bar -360 Three Sixty Bar with Sean and his team.

At the swimming pool, there was no staff to attend you during 8-9: 30am. The staff also told us they would not have any drinking water set up around the pool and the bar could offer water only after 10am when staff coming in.

The only one thing we may recommend this hotel may be their location, the convenience of this hotel right next to the iconic and large shopping mall Icon Siam or Chopraya River.

Overall it was not that impressive & attentive for our stay.

Stayed here a few times, always great service. Rooms clean and nice. Views from upper floors and roof bar are amazing. Concierge and staff can not do enough for you. Located right next to icon siam as well.

This was my first trip to Bangkok.
In conclusion, I think staying at Hilton was a good decision.
As soon as I arrived in Bangkok, I forgot the date, but it happened to be my birthday, so the hotel gave me a surprise.
We understand that good service and quality must lead to customer satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the hotel service:)
I visited with a friend this time, but next time I wanted to visit with my family.
I saw the best smile in Bangkok at the Hilton.
I had a good time and came to Korea.
I'm looking forward to visiting again next time

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hilton for 4 nights. The service was impeccable. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel provides free water transportation that takes you over to the other side of the lake. The hotel is located next to Icon Siam. It is less than 5 minutes walk to Icon Siam. We really enjoyed our stay at the Millennial Hilton.

Excellent location on the River front. Rooms well appointed and good size. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Staffs is amazing. I'm a bit anxious being thai married with foreign get treated differently.but this hotel. I mean everything single staffs are so friendly. I don't think it 5 stars hotel is above that haha. (gonna be hard to get better than this hotel) breakfast is awesome coffee is good from a fuzzy coffee drinker) room we got upgrade to family room is huge enjoy and so relaxing. (only one thing I have to say.we can go to executive lounge. But i don't like dress clothes (smart casual) i feel like we on holidays we should be able to wear what we want. My husband love his thongs bloody Aussie so we really don't use it that much even though we would love to

While the room may be a bit dated, it has a great view of the Chao Phraya river. The pool area is very relaxing and a huge spread of breakfast buffet.

Millenium Hilton Bangkok, beautiful location, 3 minutes walk to Icon Siam. One of the 5-star hotels with beautiful river views in Bangkok.
The views of the rooms are beautiful, the hygiene is good, and the province is quiet.
Delicious varied breakfast buffet.
The restaurant's views are from the river bank so it's very beautiful.

On my top-3 list of best hotels in Bangkok. And there are MANY hotels in the capital.

Book a room with riverview, thats THE BEST view by night.

The outdoor pool is both in sun and shadow, so you can always find the temperature that fits you.

Evening time I can recommend the ground floor restaurant buffet, and later a visit to the 360° view bar at the top floor.

I haven't mentioned the good service - bring tips, staff deserve it.

There might be a lot of traffic in the area, but thats like the same all over Bangkok. The good thing about this location, you can always jump on a boat and go to the Bangkokside easily and no jam. FYI, there are no road noice inside the hotel, even the open areas.

5 stars from me to this 5-star hotel!

Good bed, rest, closed beutiful pies, sunrise, bird eyeview watching foutain show at Iconsium, easily shopping, travelling on boat.

Ok I have to admit: I like the Hilton Brand - since I stayed over the last 10 years a majority of my business travels in those hotels. Millennium Bangkok has a really cool pool - with lounge chairs in the water. The pool is not really big - so with 3 active swimmers the pool is kind of full. The Lounge is really cool with nice view.
Easy to get around and I enjoyed the ride over the lake to the metro station.

Rooftop bar was closed (this was not shown while booking), only one side was opened for executive rooms only.

MAJ: Thanks for ur feed-back, I’ve changed to 3*. My recommandation also is that you don’t remove food at 10: 30 sharp for breakfast time, but each employees should make a notice.

Room is good with a nice view but still in a conservative one. Staffs do not have service mind, no smile, not friendly to Thai customers comparing to hotels with the same level. When foreigners came in, staffs are eager to say hi with smiley face and give better service. I felt disappointed but not surprised on their behavior that must be improved if need to compete with others in hospitality industry. Breakfast is not impressive that is not delicious and less varieties. If you want to book this hotel, I would suggest to better find other hotels that you might get the better experience with great impression.

Not worth for diamond member. Every time I visit didn’t get any upgrade even requested in advance.
