4 I had an amazing experience at this store, even though I was dressed in my gym outfit, as I had forgotten to buy a gift for my girlfriend's birthday. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the perfect gift. They were incredibly helpful and polite throughout the entire process. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the store manager, Kiki, and to Big Billy for their exceptional service. You truly made my shopping experience memorable, and I'm grateful for your assistance in making my girlfriend's birthday special. Thank you!

ชอบแบรนด์นี้นะสวยดี แต่วันนั้นที่เข้าไปสอบถาม (จำได้ว่าแต่งตัวธรรมดามั้ง เรื่องเกิดมาพักใหญ่ๆแล้ว) พนักงานขายบางคนในสาขานี้พูดจาไม่ดี ออกแนวดูถูกลูกค้า เดินเข้าร้านเพราะสินค้า แต่เดินออกมาเพราะพนักงานเลย
สุดท้ายเลยไปซื้อสาขาเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ ซึ่งบริการน่ารักกว่ามากๆ
Like Michael Kors, but the one at IconSiam has dubious help which informed us after buying a watch a few days ago that they could not help us punch out another leather hole in the arm band since they did not have the right equipment. Then they said we can't return merchandise after a month. Fine, receipt clearly showed it was purchased five days ago.did not come back right away to have it taken care of since we saw no rush. We were not really interested in returning it, we were interested in having a watch that fitted properly. Anyway, very surprised at how angry the young sales lady got. IF there was a decent Michael Kors customer site I would complain there, sadly I see none.
Seems like another one of those places - all smiles until something is not right. Had that happen once at LV; but there they did correct the problem after a bit of consultation with sales management. Again, like Michael Kors (now a subsidairy of LV) but at least at Icon Siam they need some quality staff.
