กลุ่มคอนโด 8 ชั้น ข้างในมีหลายตึก มี 3 เฟส เป็นชุมชนขนาดหย่อม มีคนต่างชาติอาศัยเยอะ ด้านในคอนโดมี 7-11 ตรงทางเข้าและตรงสโมสรของเฟส3ใกล้สระว่ายน้ำด้านหน้าทางเจ้าคอนโดมี Community Mall มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ธนาคาร ร้านอาหาร ร้านซักผ้าและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ห่างรถไฟฟ้าวุฒากาศและบางหว้าประมาณ 1 กม. มีรถตู้จากคอนโดไปเสีย20บาท

รถจอดข้างไหล่ทางในคอนโดเยอะ มากไม่น่าใช่ของคนพักอาศัยในคอนโดแน่เลย บางคันยางแบนติดพื้นถนน จอดเป็นเดือนๆ แย่ๆๆ

สถานที่กว้าวขวาง มี Max value Mc Donald Starbuck, ธนาคารออมสิน, ธนาคารกรุงเทพ แต่บรรยากาศ ร้านค้าค่อนข้างเงียบเหงา

บรรยากาศดี ปลอดภัยมียามทุกจุด สะอาด นิติบุคคลน่ารัก ห้องสบาย ลมพัด ไม่แออัดค่ะ มีร้านค้า 7-11 รวมๆ ดีค่ะ

อยากให้มีร้านเพิ่มเยอะๆ อยากให้คนมาเดินที่นี่มากๆ ที่จอดรถดี สถานที่ดี มาช่วยกันอุดหนุน มี shabu city สุกี้นิโอ ร้านอาหารอื่นอีก ช่วยๆกัน ไม่แออัด มีฟิตเนส ด้วย

โครงการใหญ่เกินไป สถานที่ตั้งหางจากสิ่งต่างๆ พอสมควร ตั้งอยู่บน ถนนกัลปพฤกษ์ ซึ่งถ้าวิ่งมาจากฝั่งสาทร โครงการจะอยู่ฝั่งขวา มันจะผ่านหน้าโครงการไปแล้ว ละต้องไปยูเทิร์นรถไกลมากๆ เกือบ 10 กิโลกว่าจะได้เข้าโครงการ ไม่มีรถเมย์หรือรถสาธารณผ่าน เหมือนจะใกล้ BTS แต่ก็อยู่ในระยะที่เดินไม่ได้ มีรถรับ-ส่ง bts แบบเสียค่าบริการ แต่ก็ออกเป็นรอบๆ อาจจะไม่เอื้อต่อคนเดินทางเท่าไหร่ ส่วนมากลูกบ้านทุกคนจึงมีรถส่วนตัว ทำให้ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ จอดกันสะเปะสะปะ และดูแออัด

Best place to stay in Bangkok. Neat and clean perfect and relaxing atmosphere. Cheap price for rent. Swimming pool 7/11 max value Mac Donald 24 hours. Only negative point is security system.

Not comfortable for those who didn't have a car. No public transportation pass through. A taxi cost 100THB from BTS Wutthakhad.

ตามช่างซ่อมผนังห้องรั่วมีราขึ้น ตาม2 ครั้งไม่มีการจัดการใดๆและไม่มีการติดต่อกลับค่ะ นอกเหนือจากนี้คือไฟกระพริบตรงทางเดินคอนโด ตามรปภ. ประสานงานนิติเข้ามาดู แจ้งแล้วเงียบ โทรไปตามที่นิติ บอกมาดูแล้วไม่มีอะไร คือยืนอยู่หน้าห้องยังเห็นอยู่เลยว่ามีปัญหา แล้วก็เงียบไปกว่าครึ่งชม. คืออะไร แย่มาก

สถานที่ร่มรื่น ห้องใหญ่ 2 นอน ราคาค่าซื้อค่าเช่าไม่แพง มีศูนย์การค้าด้านหน้าเดินทางสะดวก เหมาะกับครอบครัว

It's a really nice place to stay for those who prefer staying outside of racket in town. You can find full furnished big rooms with relatively cheap price. This place has couple of long swimming pools. It also has a mall attached with the building complex. BTS is 10 mins by driving and van services are also available for 20 bahts only. You can get motorbikes also if you're in rush. This is a quite place with quite a bit trees around. Medical store, saloon, spa, massage, MacDonald, Bank, ATM everything you can find within the complex. Only downside is this place is little far main city. It'll take around 30 mins to reach Siam from this place.

Modern well maintained condominium community in Western Bangkok. Conveniently located next to a community mall. Just a five minute ride to BTS Wuthakat.

สงบเงียบ ส่วนใหญ่มีแต่คนรุ่นใหม่หนุ่มๆสาวๆอยู่กัน ไม่เคยเจออายุเยอะๆประมาณ 50กว่าขึ้นไป

Rent a room from a friend. The building was quite old, the room wasn't pleasantly nice, it may depend on how owners took care of their rooms. Didn't use their facilities though, especially the condo's selling point, the pool. Fortunately there is still Max Valu (a supermarket) and a community mall with some restaurants in front of the condo since there isn't any cheap transport passing by. You'd have to grab a taxi to get to places if you do not have a car yourself. Many dislikes but the place is quite cheap to rent.

I like it here well set up use it for my base when in Bangkok in fact may buy 2 or 3vin here soon it has everything its own mall 7/11 pub and more good security

Big condominium complex. I did stay here as mam had apartment. Loved the pool and all the restaurant with a max value. 3 km from Metro station. So not that bad. Tom me around an hour or more from Suvarnabhoomi airport.
