Vue Bar @ Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, The food tastes great. Employee service Especially Khun P Be attentive to customers, inquire about their needs and recommend food well. The drinks that Khun Top makes have the perfect flavor. Superb!

A nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and good aircon. Strong wifi connection. Bottled water provided. No toothbrush provided, so need to bring our own. Have connecting rooms, rooms with a king bed & twin beds connected. 7-Eleven store just at ground level. Good location & accessible - About a 3-minute walk to the Emporium Mall, & about a 5-minute walk to BTS Phrom Pong Station & EmQuartier Mall.

After staying for 6 days, a free coffee drink was provided every day, but the housekeeper would not refill the toothbrush and cotton swabs every day. The bath water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, the water flow was very little, and the water pressure was very unstable. It took twice as long to wash and shower! Apart from the above problems, overall it's not bad, the location is very good

Love this place. Its cozy, clean and very near the BTS Metro.
Do bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. None in the bathroom. Small thing and really doesn't matter.

It is located downtown.
There are many bars and restaurants around the hotel. And. BTS Station is just around it.

Our second time staying in this hotel, and we love it; nearby BTS Phrom Phong station, in front of EmQuatier Mall; so many good foods, street food, cafe, restaurants around and massage shops.

The hotel is clean, has a nice lobby, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop bar is beautiful.

Recommended, is very nice with reasonable price.

Aircon keeps cutting out at around 4am then makes a loud noise when it kicks back in 45 mins later. Same issue in multiple rooms, reported it 3 times. Avoid this place, I regret staying here.

Vue Bar, roof top of Mercure Hotel on Sukhumvit 24, thanks for an amazing experience for my last night in Bangkok. I will definitely come back again for more amazing cocktails. The best part of this bar is the hospitality of the staff. Thanks Min, Bird, Top, and Snook for your outstanding services. Cocktails were carefully crafted, food was very local, and atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you!

Good location and reasonable price
However, during my recent stay (I am a frequent traveller for work), it wasn’t the next experience. The room’s sound proof is very poor.
Unluckily I had a noisy neighbour who was making phone call at 1am. Informed the reception, but they didn’t do anything. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, go elsewhere

Amazing hotel! Fern, Top and Min at the rooftop bar were absolutely delightful and made an absolutely tasty old-fashioned! I highly recommend:)

Room 2516 was very nice & overlooked the Phrong Phong BTS station & EMQuartier shopping center. Very good strong rain shower. Very comfortable king bed, house-keeping was very good. All lifts were working (good ventilation & piped music). Front desk staff were efficient & most polite. I will certainly return soon.

My stay here was fantastic. I was greeted so warmly at the 29th floor restaurant/bar called Vue bar. I especially want to thank “Fern” and “Top” the bartender. They made my stay fabulous. Great service and super friendly staff here. I highly recommend and I will definitely return and recommend all my friends and family!

This is an excellent choice, at a very convenient location in Bangkok. A stone's throw to Phrom Phong BTS station that's linked to the Emporium and the huge Emquartier mall, it's now my go-to choice of accommodation in Bangkok. Was previously always staying next door at the Hilton, but with their rooms needing a refresh, and the new condition of the Mercure at half the price, there's no question which I would stay at. The brand new and bright 7-11 just next to the hotel also adds convenience to the entire experience.

Check in was quick and fuss free, rooms were nice, clean and new, with a great view overlooking the BTS station and city. Front desk guys could smile a bit more:)

The only gripe I had in my entire 4 day stay was the lifts were very slow, but that's very minor compared to the other positives

The hotel is the best high quality value in the Bangkok Sukhimvit area…across the street from trendy EmQuartier and Emporium shopping and great restaurants and entertainment!

The hotel and room amenities are spotless clean and trendy! The food, coffee, tea, drink and beer was superb!

The staff at the lobby coffee shop was the best ever at my hotel stays globally…. Pleonpanga “O” who manages the lobby coffee shop was amazing…. Even on busy days she treated me and other guests like royalty! Also, O’s manager Jay showed great kindness and support to guests and his excellent staff!
